    Dear Friends,
Congratulations to all of you on your graduation today. This is a significant milestone, and I am proud to see everyone’s hard work and dedication come to fruition.
I am a Law school Graduate. I have successfully accomplished my LLM at Antonin Scalia Law School. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that I couldn't attend this highly anticipated ceremony. Despite my hard work and dedication over the past 16 months, a visa denial from a U.S. consulate officer has prevented me from being here with you today. This denial came despite holding visas for several developed countries, including Canada, Australia, the UK, and Schengen countries.
Although the arbitrary nature of this decision has disappointed me, it has also strengthened my resolve. I remain committed to our shared goals and will continue to strive for excellence, no matter the challenges.
Thank you for your understanding and support. I look forward to celebrating with you all soon, especially the Law School graduation next year.
    Warm regards,
    Dr. Muhammad Belal Hossain
