Where are all my fellow British kids that know it's so much easier and less messy/time consuming to just use the teabag to dab the paper? I used to do it all the time in Primary school, you don't even need a pan or whatever.

for the paper one, if you’ve got really cheap/old/low quality water colours, you can just smudge some brown watercolour on there and it will work the same
