    Sir Doctor Saab btao ki BP medicine minor dose telsar20 ke sath breakfast ke baad le sakte heinn kya ?? I hv gr888 control over BP..... After Pre workout And a nice workout I chked All coming normal pulse rate 95 to 100 just after exercise.... Then like 81 Heart rate 90 94 like this
    But felt jittery and urination more and kind of shaking. Up to 3 to 4 hrs after workout and very Crashed

      Better to consult an ophthalmologist at once sir, pre workout ki vajah se toh mushkil hain, maybe something else, but floaters are not a good sign, please consult an ophthalmologist near you stat.

      I went to hospital today all test and scans done .... I have got some number in both eye but corne is thin around 450 mu , and docter refused me to go for heavy lift workout .. ab heavy me kon kon se workout aate ha jo skip kr ske.... Please espe btaiye....... Floaters to myopia ki vja se ha bcoz i had more number in past befor lasik... Overall its fine but sir, gym me kon c exercise avoid kre ki ratina pr pressure na aaye ye btaiye...

    Sir.. I took this Naturaltein pre workout today, and I took half the recommended dosage( this is my first time using any pre-workout)
    I felt good kick but my face and upper body skin turned red and I felt increased heart rate, although everything became normal after an hour. Tell me is this normal????

      Agar itni dikkat hui toh maybe beta alanine se allergy ho skti hain, isse toh aap na le, agar lena hi hain toh you may try a pre workout with low caffeine and low beta alanine. Baki night time main toh pre workout nhi Lena chahiye.

      Sir agar aap 1 month gym pe hi pre workout start krdenge toh baad main jab actually zaroorat pdne pe tolerance develop ho chuki hogi, if I'm being Frank I don't even advise whey protein to people unless they have trained for at least six months, reach some of your natural potential before taking supplements is my advise.

      Caffeine Is not an essential thing, so as such the body does not have a requirement for it, there's no fixed limit for the same reason, everyone takes it according to their tolerance.

      I would say avoid gear.
      But if u are willing to use drugs to build a good physique try training atleast 3-5 years naturally and when ur natural gains plateau then u can think about using gear. I would say don't do it but it's ur choice afterall and there is no "beginner friendly" or " first time" steroid from a pharmacological perspective

    Hi, I am facing itching problem since 2-3 days and I am glad that I came across this vedio. I think the reason behind my itching problem is my new pre workout which is PRE WAR (contain 3000mg Beta Alanine Amount per 7gm). I just used half spoon twice and the itching problem started. Previously I was using PSYCHOTIC and never faced such itching problem ever.
    so my question is as you said (8:00) you had to take anti allergic when you faced such situation, can you suggest me the same which could resolve my itching problem also please let me know whether I should stop using PRE WAR and switch back to PSYCHOTIC.

      Stop the one you are taking immediately, and go back to the ones which didn't cause any reaction. Taking an anti-allergic is a one time fix, it's not a long term solution as anti-allergic drugs have side effects of their own. The one I mentioned in the video, I only took twice and when I had to take fexofenadine ( anti allergic) both times, I stopped and switched back to my previous Pre workout as well.

      Dehydration ke wajah se jalan ho skti hain, excessive urine pass ho skta hain caffeine ki wajah se etc. But agar paani peene ke baad bhi dikkat rehti hain ya harr baar hoti hain toh apne paas ke kisi bhi MD urologist ko consult kre, woh apko personally guide krenge apki recovery ki taraf.

    Sir all your content is pure gem and that's why I follow you religiously moreover can you suggest any pre workout in which beta alanine is very low since I get skin allergies , red rashes itching very easily and have to take Anti allergy tabs.. any pre workout which gives good pump and energy to lift heavy...     Sir I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis currently the problem exist in my hip joints. As you might or already know that exercising, being physically active is very important in Arthritis patients to get recover fast.     Hi, I ordered two boxes of Naturaltien pre-workout and had it today for first time, 30 minutes before work-out. I became restless, feeling jittery, tingling, headache, and anxiety and sweating and feel anxious. I became extremely restless. Cant explain how ill I became having it. Where I went wrong?

      Stop using that pre workout for now, have you been using any other pre workout before? That suited you?

    mera 5k run 24 mins k andar complete karna hai but timing zyada ho jata hai 3km bhagne k baad energy low ho jata hai uske baad slow run karna padta hai. sir please help me

    Psychotic se khujli toh nahi aati but power bohot badd gaya hai. Me evening 7-7:30pm me leta hun but then raat bhar neend nahi aati. Is it really because of pre-workout or stress ? Sirf legs and back k wakt leta hun but dusre kuch din bhi neend nahi aati ? Aap bata sakte ho ispe kuch so that muje neend achese aaye

      Thank you for your support and query. It can be used with the pre workout, not as a replacement, most of the pre-workout supplements already have l arginine in them anyway.

    sir ive been taking pre workouts for about 4 months now (with gap definitely) i reall wanna try psychotic but bohoy logo ne muje bola psychotic is bad for health …so as long as im taking 1/2-1 scoop a day of psychotic is it harmless and a go to pre workout ? pls reply

      Nothing is really harmless, but psychotic is extremely strong, it's better to reserve it for later in my opinion.

      Main isiliye subah 4 bje uth ke work-out krta hu, taki 9 baje tak hospital pahuch jau, shaam ko aatein samay itna thak jatein hain ki apne aap 9 bje tak neend aa jati hain, fir subah 4 bje dobara uth jatein hain, shuruwat main thoda mushkil zaroor lagega lekin results bahut badiya hain iss schedule ke.
