    Just cos someone is doing some fancy workout don't try to imitate it. You will just end up hurting yourself. Chances are the person who's doing that has a decent amount of experience at gym & takes care of his form.

    Sir , I have some question please clarify . I am taking 10ml of Aptivate Syrup twice a day at noon and night before food. Protein powder(Naturaltein) 30gm with 1 scoop creatine (ON) just after workout. 1 tab Supracal & Limcee 500mg after food at morning, 1 tab Evion 400mg after lunch at noon, 1scoop only Gainer(GNC) at evening Is it needed to take LIV 52DS ?       Most of them are fake or contain corticosteroids such as dexamethasone which can completely ruin your. These supplements are not standardised, tested or approved, so it's better not to take risk.

      No, koi bhi synthetic cheez apne nuksaan kregi long term main, artificial flavours, colours, sweetners etc. It's not a long term replacement for natural fibre sources and a fibre rich diet.

      Actually it was the other way round, maine bola thha ki kuch pre workouts main adequate amount of BCAA and arginine hota hain toh unke sath alag se ye dono lene ke zaroorat nhi hoti.

    Hello sir,love your videos on fitness and busting the bodybuilding myths and englighting us with real facts.
    Sir i have a twisted question for which am searching for an answer.I hope you answer it. Please bare this is a long one.
    Let me break the question for you:
    Sir,if i workout in the morning 6-7am and in the afternoon i take a nap from 3pm to 5pm (2hrs) will it break the process of building muscles since the rest period for building muscles is 6-8hrs.However
    by default i will be taking my 8hr sleep at night since i sleep from 10pm-5.30am.
    Will my muscles grow or what happens if i take a nap during the day when i workout in early morning? Wont the process be delayed because of the 2-3hr nap which is not fulfilled according to muscle building rest hour
    How does the muscle react to the small amount of sleep i get in the nap ..will it effect the whole process of muscle building and my whole workout would be an waste which i did in the morning?

      Nothing of that sort, it takes at least 3 hours of sleep, that is a complete REM AND NREM cycle for something of the sort that you are describing to happen. You can sleep peacefully.
