One dentist I know of grossed $70k per MONTH and that was a single dentist in a small office. By the looks of Dr Kirk’s building he probably had multiple associate dentists.
It seems to me that Kirk called his friend Greg to come over as he knew he could not handle his wife without help. He likely had Greg carefully use the spear on him after they killed her. Between the time she was dead and the police were called they were busy setting up the crime scene. They planned on getting away with murder, and they did. That was either a kangaroo court or the prosecutor didn’t do his job right. No way that a jury could come to this conclusion if the facts were laid before them accurately.

Why would anyone get married when they have to pay 25K/month when they break up, no relationship is worth that, also results in a lot of horrible murders
There are many cases when a person has to pay alimony despite never becoming marriage. This is because the court determines that there was a common law marriage or a relationship similar to marriage. Of course, there is also child support, which is inescapable, regardless of your relationship status. The only way to avoid alimony is to get an above board prenup.
We got married more than 40 years ago because we were wildly in lust, loved each other, and wanted to build a family together. That’s why people like us get married.
"what was he so worried about" maybe the fact that he had to testify in a murder trial? Sounds like the same logic police and government use to get around people's rights "if you did nothing wrong, why not let us search your property with no probable cause or warrant"
I think the "alienation of affection" lawsuit is ridiculous! As much it sucks being cheated on, the husband/partner doing the cheating should ALWAYS be to blame, as they're the one in a committed relationship. If he wasn't going to have an affair with this woman, he would've had an affair with someone else. *Stop blaming the other person for your partners behaviour*

First, I don't agree that Kirk used excessive force. Considering that she wounded him in the groin, there was a distinct possibility that she had hit a major artery, making it very possible that he would pass out soon. He had to use such force that would render her unable to make further attacks after he became unconscious. Second, a potential factor not mentioned is the extreme emotional attachment which horse devotees (especially females) have with respect to their access to their horses. The proposal to force the sale of the farm might have triggered her into a rage and thus, the attack.
She did NOT wound him in groin. It was Kirk's CLAIM (that she intended) but cut his leg/thigh instead...... which is BS cover up story by Kirk. Also HIS blood on top of HER DRIED blood and 1 hr 45 min to have his friend Greg help stage the scene. 🤬
@@connywolfram8305 I don't know anyone who can 100% hit the groin, but I would have to say that the thigh is close, and it only takes a fraction of a second to move a bit so as not to get stabbed in the Groin. I say that anyone who cheats on their spouse needs to be in prison for a minimum of 5 years and lose everything. and OneDAY, we will put cheaters in prison for a minimum of 5 years, as nothing causes more pain to kids and the cheated spouse than cheating. Get a divorce, and before you get married, vet and agree to many key factors. Not sure he didn't get away with murder; hard to know really who attacked whom first. My other question is: how did a dentist make so much money? It is not that lucrative a field that he could earn all that without some fraud going on. The dollar figures mentioned as just way too high for a dentist, even a dental surgeon.
Where do you live that contains more modestly earning dentists? One implant, even one tiny part of the implant or procedures costs as much as a good used car. A whole arch or entire mouth of implants costs as much as small real estate property or brand new luxury top vehicles.
@@neelymurphy6797 I see your point, but I still question how he seemingly made hundreds of thousands a year. I speak as a dental hygienist, and can tell you the average practice does not see many full-mouth implants. Overhead in dental offices runs 60-70% even in well-managed practices. The fees for crowns, implants, etc include the 50% laboratory fee to make them, so while they are profitable, they're not that profitable. However if a dentist decides to overcharge insurance, Medicare, or claim to do certain procedures he/she doesn't perform then that can generate a lot of money. I'm just questioning if there was fraud going on.
@@barbarapaige4587I have to ask where you live, because I have two friends who are dentists, here, in Los Angeles, and they make that much; and BTW, they are, DEFINITELY NOT COMMITTING FRAUD!! Nout everyplace is like wherever you live; in fact, aa MANY, MANY PLACES ARE ALOT LIKE WHERE I LIVE. I think that it just, probably, depends, very, very much, upon where one lives, how much mosh those in certain professions make. Even those who have just, basic, simple jobs - even minimum wage jobs, make VERY DIFFERENT amounts in different states! In California, for example, minimum wage workers made, at least, $15.00 per hour, for many years longer than it was even required, by law, in many other states. There are Federal min wage laws, but, individual states can, also, and do, make amounts that are higher than the federal, simply because of cost of living differences. When I heard, about 5 years ago, what the minimum wage was, in Virginia, in Missouri, in Michigan, I was FLOORED!! No one, here, would have worked for that, and haven't even been asked to do so, since more than 10 years earlier! Also, BTW, FAST FOOD WORKERS, SINCE APRIL, HERE, IN CALIFORNIA, MAKE $20.00 PER HOUR, BY LAW. SO, YOU SEE, WHERE YOU LIVE MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE. 🤷♀️ SUCH IS LIFE...

He was a dental surgeon. If he was practicing full time as a dental surgeon specializing in extractions, implants, and root canals, it is not impossible to believe that he earned 600 thousand a year since those procedures cost patients easily thousands of dollars. A few years ago, I was told by a salesperson of a local manufacturer of crowns that they usually cost the dentist a few hundred dollars for a crown, and the dentist turns around and charges the patient 1500 for one. He told me that some dentist buy their crowns from China and the profit margin is a lot greater.
So Greg was there to pick up his tools and Kirk just happened to be with him to help. But Kirk had paperwork on him that he handed over to his wife. Who was the judge on this case that allowed all these details to just float past the jurors?
I live in the town where dentist Colin Howell lived and murdered his wife and the husband of his lover. He got away with it for years until a crisis of conscience caused by the death of his son finally made him take responsibility for his actions. He hid behind the facade of being a good, Church-going family man. Pillar of the community and all that bull.
If Kirk should be considered guilty, he must be given tons of cred for preparations. The two letters in question were superbly aimed at raising the anger in an equestrian woman, trying to defend her alimony and property. Her grabbing a conveniently placed spear (placed by whom?) in order to stop the steal, so that the male, being the stronger individual, might be able to retrieve his pocket knife, stabbing the spouse and finishing his business. A real Agatha Christie script. Who knows what really went down? We can only speculate.
"Hell Hath, No Fury Like a Woman Scorned." I think the wife did in fact attack him when he confronted her with the evidence of her infidelity. And I'm just saying if someone came at me with an 8-foot steel tipped spear, I would do everything within my capacity to end the threat. It's just a shame that it was from someone that I once loved, married and had children with.

The Dentist got away with murder. Kirk ambushed and murdered his wife. He convinced his friend to stab him with the spear. The friend Greg wiped the spear clean before using stabbing Kirk with it, and was wearing gloves. Kirk brought the documents to stage the scene. Too Sad....
100%
Only ignorant people think they know anything like this with certainty. Anything could have happened we weren’t there
So he planned her killing while only carrying a little pocket knife and none of the many guns he owned? He could have easily brought a gun with him and then used that in 'self defense' but didn't because...?
Also he stabbed himself not once but TWICE about 6 inches deep?? I don't think you have any understanding of how painful a knife wound is(spear in this case), neverminded one 6 inches deep. I could see an agreement about stabbing yourself once - because up until that point you don't know exactly how painful its going to be and the pain is merely phycological not physical. But once that kind of wound pain registers VERY FEW people on the entire planet have the mental fortitude to go through it again but I'm suppose to believe an out of shape 50 year old dentist could do it? Never mind that he nearly died from blood loss as well.
Look, I think he probably killed her after disarming her i.e. guilty of manslaughter. But first degree murder? No. The state did not prove that "beyond a shadow of doubt" which need I remind you, is what is required BY LAW.

@@vejetNo way she was ok with Kirk being there. He came to kill her. He knew a knife would suffice, she wasn't a gun person. Greg stabbed him, that's why he was sweating bullets on the stand.
Idk man if she went through the hassle of changing locks, adding bedroom locks, sleeping with bats, etc etc I doubt she randomly grabbed a spear and decided to wield it. No prints on spear but she wasn’t wearing gloves? 2+2=6 to get that verdict.
Not necessarily, prints aren't found in as many places as people expect them to be thanks to crime dramas. For instance, while house sitting in a huge cul-de-sac, EVERYONE'S car was broken into, including mine, but mine was the only one they recovered prints off of.
You never lived with that level of crazy
Why do you doubt that? She was trying to financially cripple his new girlfriend. She was clearly vindictive
Was the jury not given the option to convict Kirk of manslaughter? It seems to me, it’s possible that Gregory could have stabbed Kirk. Why did Kirk come out to the ranch with Gregory? Either way, Kirk got away with killing Jennifer.

Just a reminder, I'm not diagnosing anybody in this video; only speculating about how a dentist attacks one cavity as if it were a molar-based cavity like this.
Your comment is provoking interesting dialog...
So, what's the state's theory? That Kirk stabbed himself through his own leg - twice - to fake an attack? One stabbing I might believe, slightly, but Kirk would have to be a REALLY serious hardass to do it a second time once he found out how much the first one hurt.
He had the other man do it?

It seems to me that Kirk called his friend Greg to come over as he knew he could not handle his wife without help. He likely had Greg carefully use the spear on him after they killed her. Between the time she was dead and the police were called they were busy setting up the crime scene. They planned on getting away with murder, and they did. That was either a kangaroo court or the prosecutor didn’t do his job right. No way that a jury could come to this conclusion if the facts were laid before them accurately.

Why would anyone get married when they have to pay 25K/month when they break up, no relationship is worth that, also results in a lot of horrible murders
I think it had to do with his salary of earning more than 600,000 a year
Money is everything to a lot of people. They are everywhere.
My ex gf had to pay her ex-husband almost $700k to get out of a marriage, and there was physical violence on his part toward her.
We got married more than 40 years ago because we were wildly in lust, loved each other, and wanted to build a family together. That’s why people like us get married.
She gave permission for the other guy to get his stuff. That guy knew husband was sneaking in because guy didn’t get permission for him too.
Maybe he felt like he didn't need to ask permission to enter a house he paid for.
"what was he so worried about" maybe the fact that he had to testify in a murder trial? Sounds like the same logic police and government use to get around people's rights "if you did nothing wrong, why not let us search your property with no probable cause or warrant"
He shouldn’t have cheated and she shouldn’t have expected $24,000 a month!
I think the judge decides how much he pays not her
It’s a percentage of income. He is rich

What a way to end a marriage ! 😮
He got away with murder, kept all of his assets and his girlfriend.
How can you tell?

That is how much dentists make in many states, but, definitely, not in all. Also, my husband's cousin is a dentist, in San Francisco, and he makes that much - EASILY - and is ABSOLUTELY NOT, EVEN REMOTELY, COMMITTING FRAUD! MY HUSBAND'S DENTIST, IN SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, ALSO, PROBABLY MAKES MORE THAN THE WIFE KILLER DOES.
