What size was your new piston bro 54mm or 53.98

Mtb Ridingog when i bought it it was fitted with a 53.94 but then i had cylinder rebored to fit a 54.05 so 0.5
oversized

2strokegarage do its 54 mm stock because i ordered a piston last night for my 2002 and i camt find my freaking manual any where i never changed the pistons i always took it to the shop but i lost alot of money on something i already knew how to do but would you say the stock A cylinder from 2000 - 2007 would be 53.94 mm bored from the factory

your old piston will have a letter on it A, B or C that relates to the size so match it with the new piston :)

Kieran greenhalgh the old pistons were threw away last year i never seen it before remember i always takr it to the shop and let them change it for me

you could just take the barrel to the shop and they may be able to measure it for you they prob wont charge you :)
