From one Liz to another ‘well done’, and what an inspirational journey; I admire you greatly. I solo walked the North Downs Way earlier this year but used overnight accommodation which I understand is less easy to do on the South Downs Way. I love the freedom and challenges of walking on my own so it’s great to see someone my age doing it really well. Keep walking!!
😮the pedestrian bridge at Itford Farm was pleasingly styled No windswept, night cliff walk, Virginia Woolf stylee, along the Seven Sisters then ? 😂😉 Lovely to see, thanks for sharing 🙏
@@LizColeVlogs The WHW is a classic route with lots of facilities 👍 Walking in early May, you should miss the worst of the midges. You might bump into some TGO Challenge people at Ft William, depending on the timings - it's become a lovely hiking community event across Scotland. Enjoy! 😊
Well done! We really enjoyed the vids. We did the SDW about 6 years ago and have forgotten most of it, so this was a nice refresher. Might even attempt it again soon. I hope you get out and do some more long distance walking this year!

I think I’ll start at that end next time to make sure I don’t miss it! But first… the West Highland Way! Hoping to do it early May 😃

Thank you John. I’ve just completed the West Highland Way with my husband so those videos will be coming soon.
@LizColeVlogs oh amazing! Looking forward to seeing that!
last time I was in the uk I wanted to get to the seven sisters as I have six sisters but run out of time .
I ran out of time because I had to go to a family get together for my mother-in-law’s 94th birthday. She had 4 brothers and no sisters - ha ha!
