I know, like every game I feel like one update just ruins the game. Hardcore mode has been a lot to handle and I’m kind of disappointed of the updates island has made. Some of my favorite updates were for sure my first event, the cletus farming event. That was fun and I grinded nonstop. Then I made a 1 coin risky to fund for my frost items (I was a tool event collector back then) and it was successful. But, of course, the vending machine update made it much harder. (It still is possible) and then after that I made a shop. It was meh okay but then it got bigger, and bigger, and bigger, to the point that it wasn’t your average islands shop. And then the 2022 fishing festival. That event was great and awesome! I loved grinding that. The next event was the butterfly event. That one was awesome, made me come back to islands. After that, things really started to go downhill. I quit for a whole like half year and now I’m back to islands with a really outdated shop and barely any insights to many new updates taking a new approach to the game. There’s a new massive update coming soon, but let’s just hope it’s a sick event and not a whole entire remake of islands.
I love how everyone has a little land but very efficient methods and I’m here with my 1000x1000 blocks of land with all my wheat and crops and manually mining that with all my friends every day 👁️👄👁️

it used to be not near as skyblock from hypixel back in 2020-2021 when i used to play it 24/7 cuz of covid but i tried it for the first time again just yesterday and it genuinely just feels like a carbon copy of hypixel skyblock they even added levels to craft stuff which is annoying for old players like me coming back to the game sad to see that the game is like this now ngl
