Very informative video. I like how it demonstrates the product value as opposed to making unsubstantiated claims about it, i.e. a sales video. I'd like to see more videos from Mosmatic on nozzle selection, servicing rotory unions, seal material selection, etc.
Nice video. Explains the quality of Mosmatic very well vs. the competition and will help customers understand the need for a live swivel.
I personally have one of these Swivels at the gun and one at the machine so that when I pull the hose out it easily on tangles itself and it works fantastic.
Got my obsessed Garage Mosmatic sprayer and going from a normal pressure washer sprayer to a high end Mosmatic is game changing

Everytime I have something break I ask myself if there is a way I can keep it from happening in the future. At our automatics I realized that mosmatic swivels are incredibly reliable, so I started using these gun swivels years ago. One less way to get a wet and angry customer, keeps us focused on the rest of our job instead of swivel rebuilds, and helps the customer. I had increased my wand pressures at one point and I saw my priest using the wands and he wouldn't pull the trigger because his wrist was tired. So it is real problem. Thanks for thinking about my customers. So many in the industry just market to a carwash operators cost saving side with less thought to what reliability and ease of use means to our customers and bottom line. I'll always look to mosmatic first when I need a solution.

Does it matter which direction it is put on?
I was just thinking about this today. If there was something that would prevent my pressure washing hose from tangling up when I'm using my Mosmatic 21" Surface Cleaner. I need four of these, any suggestions where I can purchase them in Canada. Your products are second to none.

@@Mosmatic Thank you. After talking with Mosmatic in Canada, I was able to locate the swivels at a local dealer. I'm using them on a 4000 PSI 4 GPM pressure washer. Connected one to a Mosmatic Surface Cleaner, and one to Mosmatic high-pressure gun. They definitely function as advertised, even under extreme pressure.
I have a pressure washer hose that is on a reel and it curls into multiple circles when unreeling it. The live swivel attached to the gun helps unravel the hose similar to the demonstration at 7:20. However, when going around the car, the hose starts to curl up again. Would adding a second swivel to the reel end help at all?
