@@RuggedFitnessLifestyle I did Juggernaut today. It was an ass whooping good time. What I love about this series is the simplicity of the complexes. Yet the scalability to condition of that day in training (heavier, lighter, volume, hypertrophy v. Endurance, etc). I’ve incorporated lots of things from your approach, along side Pavel, Dan John, and Chandler Marchman’s material. You walk with some giants in those guys. Keep up the great work! Btw, you roll great. Hard to believe you’re a blue belt. You were hanging with the higher belts.
Day 7 finished, serious amount of volume in a relatively short amount of time. Need to work on technique to improve my alternating form but really enjoyed it. Thanks man, looking forward to trying your other complexes/chains especially involving sandbags

35 pounders got me all the way through the 9 sets with about 60 seconds in between each. Keep this sh!T up!!!
