Quagsire is really overlooked. Love this smile.
Jumpluff is really overlooked. Super Fast and a underdog.
Jumpluff is way easier to obtain than bellossom. Ive always went with jumpluff as my grass type. You get hoppip early

I had Furret in a nuzlocke in Crystal and it worked very well. Return, Shadow Ball, Surf and Fire Punch.
we definitely need a johto game for the switch

no we don't. We don't know if they going to do remakes anymore. If there is another Johto remake, it is not going to be Lets Go because LGPE purpose was to bring in Go players to mainline which it did. Plus Go is not as popular so a new Lets Go is less likely.
Better scaling, Johto mons in Johto, better gym leader teams, easier evo stones...

I'm too young to have played gen 1-2 but I was happy to see Lanturn on the list
Quagsire is an Enigma. It's one of the only pokemon that doesn't care about your Tier Lists or Legendary Status.
It is both Underrated and Overrated.
Fairly Chaotic Neutral.
Sudowoodo also has the issue that you can only catch it after the first three gyms. Some of it's best matchups.

It's literally the first Water/Ground type, which is very useful!

Jumpluff really helped in my runs and into pokemon stadium 2. It even saved my flying nuzlocke in X. It's underrated for sure
Oh yeah? I know it’s good in Colosseum, but I didn’t expect Kalos. I’d have thought it’d suffer in Sky Battles.
@@zacharyjoy8724 since I did a flying nuzlocke the rest of my team could handle sky battles but it was the only way to make it past the rock gym with the relicanth trainer and helped with leech seed and powders to things I didn't have good answers for

I used to beat all Lance's Dragonites solo Jumpluff underleveled. Sleep Powder, Leech Seed, Headbutt and Synthesis is pretty much all you need.

I used lanturn one my gold team.
Actully 5 of my pokemon are johto mons with victreebel being the exception. I also had a ariados with really good ivs
Idk if you confused the two, or if I misheard, but Quagsire does not get Belly Drum. That would be the Poliwag line. Other than that, great video!
If you use mono water teamsters you can have both lanturn and qwilfish
Quagsire (Best ground type in game)
Lanturn (Best offensive Johto Water type and best Legendary tanker in game)
Girarfarig (if you're playing Gold and Silver, but I judge these games solely on Crystal. Though its the best Morty check ingame)
Jumpluff (Best Grass option in a game where Grass is worst typing, it is also fast and good for utility)

As a side note, am I think only one who thinks Quagsire is adorable? Like its the cutest Gen 2 mon.
quagsire is one of my fave mons for whatever reason 😂 yeah it is pretty cute in its own bizzare way.

Quagsire is my favorite water pokemon of all time. I even have a Quagsire plushie.
Nintendo needs to the bring a configuration of Gold, Silver, Crystal, SoulSilver and Heart Gold to switch! With the graphics of Pokémon let’s Go and open world of Arcesus and Scarlett and Violet! OMG!!!!

I don't think so. I love Noctowl, but it really sucks compared to almost every other flyer option you have.
I honestly didn't know till today that swinub and piloswine is from gen 2, I used a mamoswine in one of my platinum playthrough and so I assumed it was from gen 4. Guess I just wasn't paying too much attention when I played through gen 2. It must've been one of Pryce's pokemon that I have forgotten about. in my defense, Pryce is a very forgettable gym leader
I think that all the Pokemon on your list is the most Underrated Johto Pokemon.

Can’t get Girafarig before battling Morty not sure why it’s referenced.
You can go though mt mortar to get to grass on route 42 and route 43 before the gym

Awesome Pokemon, not sure it's underrated though. It's generally a staple on my team at least.
Personally I don’t believe quagmire is underrated, he’s one of the more popular and used Pokémon of this gen
