I just recently did mines, and it also had rust from inside the frame tubing and tounge, did you run across that for yours as well, and any ideas? I wouldn't want it rusting from the inside out later.

That is tough. I blew out as much crud as I could. I was not able to sand down there. What I did was pour paint around each side and let it flow up and down the tube to at least cover it in paint. Maybe it helped and maybe it didn't....

The color I used was "aluminum".
