I am Gujarati, vegetarian whol lives in USA. Here lots of people think vegetarian food means salads or boiled vegetables. I tell them we so many varieties of veg food in India that if we cook different dishes and combination twice a day, we still can't repeat for six months.

Finally the vlog for which I was waiting for long is out. Thali's in Indian culture is one of the best thing I love about India. Each state in India has its own Thali. If you're a Vegetarian, want a wholesome fresh meal with some great dessert Gujarati Thali is what one should try. In Gujarati also there are sub types like Jain Thali, Kathiyawadi Thali, Shahi Gujarati Thali etc.

You'll get to visit marvelous huge palaces and mostly vegetarian food you'll get there which is heaven just like Gujrati food. Actually, Gujrat and Rajasthan are not much different (they are neighbors) You'll notice this 😍

Imagine 22 items in one meal.. and then multiply it by 7 days.. lol don't forget about the dinners.. evening meal is different than the day meal.. Please visit Rajkot.. another city of Gujarat state.. Historical, Royal Vintage and lots more.. Just 4 hours away from Ahemdabad, by road.. by air almost an hour.. I enjoyed your video. Really awesome. In Gujarat you should try Undhiyu, Umbadiyu and Ratada ni puri. I am sure you will enjoy all of them.

Hi Ivana, what a mouth-watering video, loved it and also loved your excitement and expression enjoying your thali, and got a little jealous too cuz don't get authentic indian food in the u.k. the first thing I'm going to do is go eat a thali when I'll be in Mumbai in the next couple of months. Take care of yourself and stay safe.
