You probably dont give a shit but if you are bored like me atm then you can stream pretty much all the latest movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my gf for the last couple of weeks xD
Love your vids, super honest and realistic situations. Your set up is awesome! Your very knowledgeable. Wish I could bring my Toyota in for some tube work
Hey now easy! I have the same Harbor Freight band saw and you’re right its a piece of junk but that thing has cut so much metal like a freaking champ!!! Its one of my favorite tools i own! Keep up the good work matt the jeeps looking great 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
BleepinJeep yea... mine doesnt roll very well either... i need to fix that as well!! Still cant deny the fact thats its put in some good work for cheap!
Put a car intake manifold on. It'll give you more clearance for that cross bar. And fab a box to use a flat style filter like most trucks have. You could even have the filter suck air through your hood vents
I’m not an expert but might want to fit maf sensor on other side of the straight pipe, from what I’ve read you want as much straight tube leading up to it to minimize turbulence
Those look like the Mallory wires i have on my Comanche. They suck, try to pull the plug boot off of the plug and the connector pulls out of the boot and you have a loose conductor inside the ceramic boot. You can't repair bc of the ceramic boot
Snorkel the intake. It make look mallcrawler but it will work and get your intake up there eating cool air. Oh, and it is late, time to put the truck away.
That was a great recovery. I'm actually glad you made a mistake so I could see how you overcame the challenge.
Agreed. I've seen tube bending done right, that fix though? That's going in the toolbox
Matt your suppose to say you made the notching mistake on purpose so I can show you this awesome trick
I did 🤫

I love watching your build videos. Glad to see you got the Ceramic plug wires I hope they are going to be the solution to the hot wire problem.

Loved the new clear wielding helmet. Lol
I’m gonna be bending a ton of tube here soon for my Brute build. It’s always awesome to see tips and tricks like this!
These are the bleepin Jeep videos we love .
Just wanted to let you know, one of your old videos got me into RC crawlers! Thanks man, hobbies takin over.
I do the left right foopah all the time with wood working. After all those times I still forget lol. Thanks for sharing the reality and not hiding it.
I was yellin at the screen before you notched that, Matt.
Lol, you didnt yell loud enough!
No, you probably just weren’t listening, although I am impressed with the fix.
Thx for the solution to the notching mistake that really slick and I probably would’ve never thought to do that !!!
I’ve done that grinding mask instead of welding mask several times.

The wheels bent on mine and you cant roll it around... I need to fix that.

I learn something every time I watch.
Matt using his safety squints while welding 👌
I love you leave the screw-ups in. We all make'em.
Can't wait for the next one!

Cool videos bud ! I hope to one day be fabn up something myself!! I have been scoping out a 50 Chevy deluxe!!!
Coming along nice Matt !! Looking forward to your next video my friend . Keep up the great work .
Nice fix on the tube
Do a V brace connected to the firewall to brace the shock hoops. Then you don’t have to fight the brace to clean the filter.
One day I will meet you on the trail!
Love the on the fly fab work.

Yum, tricks & tips... yay for being human and playful~
You're awesome!!
I was yelling don't cut it !! However, I did like the info on the repair!
Grinder and paint make me the... Uh.. Fabricator?.. I ain't...
And I believe the woman said put the truck up, Matt, happy wife happy life... Hop to.
I was saying out loud ... Matt wrong side man!! Wrong side!! No major issue :-)
Shoulda called!!
like the new logo!
Is there any way you could elaborate about that Harbor Freight bandsaw on why it's a piece of junk?
What size tube are you using? Is that the same size for the cage
Can you use a Corvette style intake tube? They come straight forward and rest above the radiator. Just a thought.
I've only got 1/2" above the radiator
@@bleepinjeep I see. Sorry Matt! I'll keep brain storming!
what notcher? just ordered a rogue fabrication bender to look into caging my SAS explorer.
It's a syncnoth 180 jr by Medford tools.
Breaking the law,, good job
Matt-"did they see that?"Yes Matt,we saw that...lol.....
Dang it!
Ricky Bobby!!
More please...lol

You realize I now have to move in next door and hang out at your garage until my XJ is done!!
It’s your fault!
You really should be lubing the tube and follower. It will help to keep from gouging the tube.
That's how stuff goes at my house 🤣
i tied my shock hoops to the cage, instead of going across just go right through the fender
Would the air filter fit directly to the air intake? If you ditched the long black pipe from it 🤔
Metaldogrides needs the maf sensor inline
Caleb J ....yer I forgot about that 🤔 darned it 😕
Metaldogrides he just need to turn it and put it through the hood
Nope
You know 1 1/2 DOM is way over kill for a shock hoop. not even sure you need the cross brace. Just a few gussets should do it
You've already cut up the hood, just 90 that air filter right off the intake and up out the hood.
SuperCheese088 I second that! Lol
Rrrriiiigggghhhhtttt
Snorkel the intake. It make look mallcrawler but it will work and get your intake up there eating cool air. Oh, and it is late, time to put the truck away.
Can't you put the air filter directly on the intake?
No, its 12 inches long and I only have 4 inches of clearance and the maf sensor is 4 inches long.
@@bleepinjeep I love to see your video and all tips and tricks you share with us :D
That was fun
God I was yelling at my screen "YOU ARE CUTTING THAT NOTCH BACKWARDS!!!!" But he didn't hear me.
Don’t be fooled. It may or may not be stronger. Heat affected zones play a factor in joint efficiency
You just need to add a tool room/ welding room and leave the garage space for projects....
I want to add on for sure!
@@bleepinjeep There is never enough space.... I keep building more and more after buying more and more tools... I just need a 100'x100' shop
if you can fix your mistakes your way ahead of the pack
108.9* is not 109* Matt! Lol jk
But… I want to learn to make shock hoops?
Personally, I sprung for 180 degree dies instead of a hydraulic unit.
Oh no i am late 😰
Better late than never!
not tube bad....
filters are for cigarettes. just run it wide open. go big or go home.
