@@spoghatti low end pc are capable of rendering a video. If your computer has enough memory by just at best running 16gb or 32gb ram which is recommended. So in other words, yes it is capable of rendering VHS on blender.

the thing is bro, majority of these only will look good and work if u are good with sound design, otherwise it will just look like old work.
