    Everything is good just one thing i didn’t like is hitting too much the crankshaft, you should support the upper part so it doesn’t bend
    Good job with the other part engine !

      Yeah... I was a bit worried at first but I've checked it and everything was just fine, also the threads. I had a hole in the table and it helped me to drive the ball bearings on place :)) I appreciate a lot your feedback! Thanks man!

      @@timbuildstuff Nice video, but I agree with 3FEET. The cranchaft can get bend when hitting it with a hammer because the conrod is not alligned with the center of the crankshaf. When hitting a bearing you should have support between the 2 counterweights of the crankshaft.

      @@BlackBull1t2 you are right! When I put the new bearings the shaft was frozen so I could drive them on. But yeah, thank you so much for your feedback!

    The crankshaft seal should be level with the surface of the case. It looks like you pushed it in too deep.

    Gut gemacht, nur der Simmering sitzt zu tief im Gehäuse, der muss bündig an der Oberkannte sein.

    I have an old Piaggio ciao i dont know what year model. I changed the spark plug but it doesnt start. Fo u maybe know what the problem is?

    • @c.w.1797
      @c.w.1797 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      you need to bey more specific. did you test if there even is a spark produced by by the ignition coil? screw spark plug out, connect the spark plug and touch the threading of the spark plug against the housing of the motor. if there is no spark jumping from the two spark plug electrodes while the flywheel ist turned, then zhe ignition coil or condenser is fucked up

    • @timbuildstuff
      @timbuildstuff  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hmm... you have to make sure the spark plug is working properly and you need to take the spark plug off with the wire on it and put it on the cylinder head where you have ground and then crank the engine and look if there are any sparks. Another problem can be with the carburetor, clean the air filter (mesh), and also check if the jets are clean. For that you have to open the carburetor and clean it. I also had an issue with that little floating part that keeps the level of the gas and oil mixture in the carburetor. I hope it helps! ;)

    Solid work man. What type of cleaner are you using?

    • @timbuildstuff
      @timbuildstuff  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I only used gas to clean all the grime inside and outside the engine, disk brake cleaner and rust penentrant for some bolts.

    How did you remove the flywheel? Having a hard time with that here

    • @timbuildstuff
      @timbuildstuff  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hmm, you can try with some wd40 or bolt spray and let it do its thing. If that didn't worked, go for heat, but first take the seal off. I hope it works for you!
