So what if this Alice is the one who writes the books for the library. Think about it she has to serve some scary beast dude. And not go to the underworld. What if it's a evil God that curses her to see everything. And the fact he's a god means she could easily go threw time And go back to when the library found her
it's possible but I always thought that the Alice that writes everything for the Library had to be some sort of fractured piece from the mirror world since that's the only Alice(to our knowledge) that turned into a niffin and did horrible things for knowledge which resulted in her having many enemies(like repeatedly running horrid inhumane experiments on the Lamprey's family) But then again that wasn't long ago while it's said that that Alice has been there for(I think) hundreds of years.
In a way it was, That is the timeline 23 Marina. (Does she seem a little nicer?) (Jane Chatwin created 40 timelines in all) Even better: We will be getting more of this Marina, she followed them back to timeline 40.
@@ti3ndx I don't remember a single time when Reynard trapped the beast though? not to mention if it was that easy The Beast should've been able to outright kill Reynard since he spent a long amount of time without his shade
@@ti3ndx The Beast also didn't have a shade though? Shades only correspond to emotion, not power. If anything, magic is drawn from negative emotion(despair, grief, sadness, anger, etc.) meaning they'd have less power since they wouldn't be able to access magic through an overwhelming emotion.
@@rei7178 that is not the same. Raynard is a god with or without powers, very hard to kill. The beast is just an enhanced master magician. Q-23 is also that. So a master magician killing other master magicians is not something hard to understand.
something about Marina's reaction to the rabbits, she seemed so freaked out.
Timeline 23 of the 39 time loops Jane Chatwin did. Watch the whole episode it’s crazy interesting to see Quentin’s character as the Beast.
Love The Magicians
I love that show!!!💯💯

@@RandomnessishBlah It's actually #40. They died 39 times
how did q kill the beast then
He was not have his shade, so it would be easy to kill a master magician.
Julia can easily trap Reynard when she wasnt having her Shade. Because she was willing to do what needed to be done
