I ate a restaurant in Culver City because Phil ate at it. It was wonderful. I try to model him when I travel. He’s really about the people and learning from them. Phil is a gem.

My daughter and I were just in Paris and ate at two of the places Phil featured in his show. It was a fun adventure to follow in his footsteps, and MAN the food was good. Can't wait for the new season!

It’s not just about the food this Fun Phil puts a genuine smile I can’t take off my face when I watch his shows he is so down to earth and the joy he has for friends culture people family kids life food in general makes my soul so happy , I want to be in his shoes 👞 ❤I love his positivity and genuine spirits

I agree. Americans, please travel. Each US, but especially international holidays, have given me a new perspective, more self-confidence, and have made me smarter and more interesting. Travel = yes, shopping for more useless items = no.
He isn't imitating anyone. He is expressing his love of food. Is Anthony Bourdain the only food lover who can ever do this kind of show? I suppose you don't like Andrew Zimmern's or Stanley Tucci's shows, either. Phil does not have Bourdain's knowledge and palate because he was not a chef. This show educates people, and they enjoy it. Bourdain would be glad that others are carrying on this type of show
Do you think that being an Italian American is exactly the same as being an Italian in Italy? Do you think that Long Island is anything like Sicily, or Naples, or Florence? You need to travel.
