I remember the first time I watched his travel video and now he is in my home country 🇬🇭 Ghana. As a Ghanaian American 🇺🇸 I can relate to a lot of the things he shows in his videos and my respect for him went up a notch. Keep going Czech. Since I moved to America I come to Ghana every year. The peace and love out there is priceless.

I'm Ghanaian and now I live in South Africa but one thing I can say is don't walk with fear in your heart in Ghana when your heart is clean you go anywhere in my country because if you can live in America where everybody as a gun and still be alive trust me you're fine in Ghana, just that some people will ask you for money, but they will not attack you, they will rather try to help you locate places so they can get something from you afterwards, I've been watching your videos so stay humble and patience ok with everyone you meet there .

Hi I Love your videos. i notice in your video the lights are flickering a lot and it hurts my eyes (i'm getting old lol) but in your camera setting change your recording to PAL format.
this accounts for the 50 hz frequency used in Africa, Asia, Europe, South America.
if you are filming this on your iphone:
1)Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2)Scroll down and tap Camera.
3)Tap Record Video.
4)Enable Show PAL Formats.
5)Tap to select 1080p HD at 25 fps (PAL) or 4K at 25 fps (PAL).

Beautiful home but in my opinion it's a bit excessive for the area when you look at the other houses nearby. It would come off like your showing off to the neighbors. Whomever purchases that home are gonna have a lot of haters/resentment and the designer knows that because they have all those security cameras and electric fence surrounding the perimeter to keep people out from stealing or harming the owner. A home like that should be in a area with similar homes among people of of a so called higher class. Just my two cents..🤷🏽♂️

Czech, what is your opinion of the size of beer bottles in Ghana compared to the size of beer bottles in the United States like Samuel Adams, Bud Light or Budweiser? The size of the Ghanaian beer bottles like Club and ABC are huge and very monstrous!
Budweiser is available in Ghanaian and Nigeria. beers are very cheap in Nigeria compared with Ghana though. Despite that Budweiser is still on the high side of price in West African countries.

Ghana is an expat country with high value joules. Like New York you pay for location. If you build this on the outskirts in Ghana you won't get that price

Czech that price is reasonable for that property $1. 7 million US. Bullet proof doors for master bed room Two kitchens maybe three, pool, jacuzzi upper deck outside area, weight room movie room. The master bedroom is an apartment in itself. This house is crazy nice and hurricane proof. It is worth that money and more. Nice bro nice.
