  • Tanzania is a country located in southeastern Africa with a vast territory and natural environment. I personally went to Tanzania, which is 10,000 kilometers away from Korea. I was able to experience firsthand what Tanzania's communication environment is like and whether 5G and LTE are working well, and in the process, I was able to get a glimpse of Tanzania's diplomatic relations. I also had the opportunity to meet the Maasai, a tribe representing Tanzania that symbolizes courageous warriors. Contrary to our prejudices, they also enjoyed a civilized society and were very active users of their smartphones. From information about livestock farming, which is very important to the Maasai people, to hobbies like watching soccer, the development of smartphones has had a deeper impact than we thought. At the same time, I met facilities and organizations that greatly helped the Maasai use smartphones. A place deep in Tanzania, far away from Korea. Let’s take a look at the IT environment of Ndama, a Maasai village, and how important internet access is to the people through the video.
