Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Lingbao Strategist High Damage Build

Hello ma dudes!
Today I bring you another insanely good build. This time using the combination between the Grace of Lingbao set and the Strategist of Genius set, for a "debuff on enemies" focused build. The idea with this build is to get as many debuffs going on as possible on our enemies to boost our damage done to them by an impressive total of more than 32% extra damage! Not only we punish the enemies by making them weaker, but we also ensure these effects last as long as possible whilst taking advantage from this by being able to significantly chew their Spirit bars to the point of being able to land a Fatal Strike, but also by doing tremendous amounts of damage to their HP bars in the process. As usual, this build is both useful and powerful for PvE and PvP and gives you a unique playstyle that can be modified to fit your favourite weapons and/or virtues.
