Maybe this explains why there were so many cases of retail boxes opened without getting any downtown inserts? So weird! Numbered cards definitely will be higher value since there is no way to tell how limited non numbered downtowns are.
Of course Downtowns would decrease in value before I ever get one 😢
i hit a case hit from chrome baseball of nolan ryan from a blaster and its only worth like $150 if you want a dt you pretty much have to get hobby they are very far and few in all other formats

Blessup DSC! smh! So many downtowns in one case...reminds me of the 90's when opening a 'Hot Pack" all inserts was exciting, then they had the hot pack stamp on them after. but I only can imagine pulling all of them. one breaker pulled 55 downtowns....EEESH!

I was immediately bummed and disappointed about the dt. Flooding the market will bring the prices down and not only that it could potentially make optic less desirable.

They would never "accidentally" juice retail boxes ever.... they pander to breakers and people who get early access to drops... absolutely bs, i opened 15 megas abd a biddy opened 10 more, 1 mythical zero other case hits no scopes or anything
I opened 21 blasters and pulled two downtowns and a Rookie Kings. I’m a little worried it will tank the value of Downtowns seeing so many show up in FOTL.

@@IcyFire217 it’s crazy, I mean at the end of the day, they’re still Downtowns, but I can see value coming down 10-20 percent. We’ll see I guess. I’m definitely keeping my Stafford in a Lions Uni anyway.

Seems like harder and harder to get any good rare cards in retail without spending 1k . Kinda ruins the excitement. Unless you can afford to drop that much on a folt.
