    Another very good video, so relaxing and good to watch. The father son aspect is wonderful, and you dad reeling them in in this video did make me smile. I have to admit that my fishing style has changed, I don't have a van, but I do take a brew and a cake with me, also I have a nice folding seat that I use when I can. My last trip out I did catch about 10 fish dabs and small cod and a whitening. Your explanation of the fishing grounds are very informative and a first class example to us all of what to look for when finding our own marks.

      Thank you so much for such a wonderful comment, we did wonder if anyone would watch our videos and so when people liked, shared & Subscribed we were over the moon, but to receive comments like yours pal is so so cool. We will carry on trying to find fish for you and bring as much info to the videos as we can. Our videos are basically us having a good time so we always hope it's something others like to watch too. 10 fish in a session is a cracking total for you, long may that continue, increase or even see some big fish in between that for you pal. We too think a cake and a brew does make a session all the better. Thanks again from me & my dad mate all the very best to you Oldbones. Tim & Dave.

    Glad you enjoyed fishing the river as it’s my local fishing ground an the river is full of whiting at the moment. Tight lines

      Many areas are full of the little bait snatchers at the moment, but luckily there are actually some nice size ones knocking about too. We love fishing the mighty Mersey we consider it our local but only because we are inland so 1 hour up to Blackpool or 1 hour down to the Mersey are our options but the river has fished better for us over the years. Thanks for the watch & the comment pal, Tightlines.

      Thanks Ceirion, yeah the equivalent of his golf caddy did a great job that day too didn't I 🤣...its ok the old guy deserves it. Oh the Mersey fishes for Rays most of the year, we don't normally target them to be honest but was a while since we fished Perch Rock (well renound for its Rays) and had lots of fish baits to use up, so managed to hit a few fish there. Thanks for watching pal. Did you see a chap on the FB forums had a nice Squid off Dock Bach the other day jigging? Not sure if your into going for the squid but so few places up here to do it I've never really had a go, I'd love to. All the best anyways pal.

    Busy sesh there mate 👍 great spot for the rays a bit further down by me at port sunlight dock .

    • @FindingFishUK
      @FindingFishUK  ปีที่แล้ว

      We don't normally target Rays so was a refreshing change for us to have some nice Rays on the channel but yeah you are right Port Sunlight is one of many spots to catch Rays on the magical river that is the Mersey. Is the Dock at Port Sunlight any good when the Cod show? Its likley our next target. Thanks so much for watching and commenting pal. Tightlines and all the best. From Tim & Dave 🎣
