You asked about the jumper vents and the reason they may have opted to place the vents in the wall over the doors as opposed to in the ceiling. Being in Florida, the attic gets incredibly hot 80% of the year. Having a jumper in the ceiling may look more cosmetically pleasing, but from a functionality standpoint; you would want it in the wall so the air that's being passed doesn't get heated (or in Winter cooled) using more energy to maintain temperature in the home. Even though the attic has blown in insulation, the attic is still going to be 50% closer to the outside temp, and even with an insulated duct, it can make a difference. There's also the argument for airflow. The idea is the path of least resistance is the most effective. A straight pass through rather than up, through an down.
That makes a lot of sense. I think it explains why the builders who have conditioned attic space take a different approach. Thanks for sharing your expertise! It's appreciated!
HAHA! Man I don't blame you! I appreciate your service btw! I don't know if you saw my Meritage Homes Arden Woods video but they share the neighborhood with Ryan Homes here but Meritage does Sprayfoam insulation so their homes are a lot quieter than other homes on the market. That's something you should check out if you like the Arden Woods area.
@whitneylauren1790 These homes are all for purchase. Sometimes investors buy them and list them for rent, so that makes it possible to be a renter there
Moving to Greenville me and the misses are retired we want a flat house, 4 bedrooms with a basement, pet friendly with no HOA! Want at least a quarter acre! 400, 00 is my budget!
I can find you most of what you're looking for at that budget. What do you plan on utilizing the basement for? Feel free to call or text me if you want to see which homes fit that criteria in each area
Hi Renaldo My sister and brother-in-law are going to build a house and travelers rest next year and we are all in Texas and I would like to move to that area but I’m a single woman going to retire a couple of years and my budget is 300,000 just a two bedroom one floor would that be something there that would fit my budget since it doesn’t seem far from travelers rest?
@pamdavis9077 Hey Pam! I think your sister and brother in law are going to love the change of scenery in Traveler's rest. There are still plenty of options for your price range within a 20 minute drive of Traveler's Rest. Are you hoping for new construction?

On the map … this is right next to Donaldson Fiekd airport and Lockheed Martin F-16 plant… do you constantly hear the F-16 jet noise?
You will definitely hear the fighter jets but it's not as common as you might think.
@@RenaldotheRealtor ok. I’m retiring from the Air Force… that’s the last thing I wanna hear everyday lol.
