yes. there is several. I officially don't have a favorite, but go to amazon search for paper-like screen protector for surface. Purchase one with good reviews. Generally I have to replace every 6 months.

If you look at our templates, these are designed notebook pages that you can import into Onenote as a notebook. Once you have them imported, you can set them as templates, or you can copy the pages. We also have Tiles, which are digital elements that you can use to create your own designs. Hi Branden. Being the guru that you are with OneNote makes me ask you; what your preference are between samsung app vs OneNote when it comes to reading through the notes that have been written? Personally I find OneNote cumbersome to flip pages on my Samsung galaxy s6 Lite. When browsing through the pages the menu fills up 40% of the screen and if I want to scroll down on a page the page itself is selected and the menu disappers. Perhaps you, or someone on the thread, have some tricks to flip through pages? Thanks, Andreas

I use the 2013 version of OneNote however I do not have the top two lines that show in your video (Home, Insert, Draw and font size, bullets, etc) when I'm in the landscape position. It does show up in portrait. Is there something I need to do in my settings to show it fully in landscape?

In this video I believe I was using the Desktop version and mobile version. When it comes to switching, as long as you have your planner stored in OneDrive you can open the notebook across any device that you are signed into onenote with. So you can sign into the Windows 10 version and view your notebook as well. Hope this helps.

You are able to add sections. Can you add them in any group section or in the root notebook. In some cases this function is better preformed from a desktop or online.
But that is not "digital planing". What we have seen is only analog planning saved in digital form. When you scribe your tasks, are they converted to digital form that you can search them later, by typing on the keyboard (with search engine)? Why didn't we see abilities to convert handwriting to typed text? Is it possible to manage resources by such handwriting notes (assign fragments of notes to team members)? Is it possible to take photos, place them in a particular place of note, then OCR to tables etc.? What about creating dependencies between tasks (by drawing arrows) and making diagrams (eg. Gantt)? And most important: such written by hand tasks create notifications that my synced devices could remind me? Only such examples covers so-called digital planning.

the most annoying thing about onenote is when we want to rename or remove notebooks we have to open the url instead of simply doing it on the fly within the application. Notion is much more user friendy minus the handwriting feature

The notebook is about 50mbs. Most people will just about 100mbs of storage per year.
@@bodendorfer sir i m using one note on ipad 7 gen but when i creates about 2 page notes it will take about 40 mb in my internal even i have linked my one drive with one note

I would like to know whether there is any way to create a task in your digital planner that can be integrated with Microsoft to-do.
This integration will be very helpful as it will help in creating the real ecosystem for e-planning.
Thanks for the comment. That is a tip that is requested by so many. I have not found a solution that I fully support, however I know more and more integration is in the works.

I just printed my ToDo List and chose "Print to One Note Desktop" in my printer list. It let me choose where I wanted to place it.

Onenote is crashing again and again on my ipad

the most annoying thing about onenote is when we want to rename or remove notebooks we have to open the url instead of simply doing it on the fly within the application. Notion is much more user friendy minus the handwriting feature
I find thr most annoying with notion is no handwriting and when you are offline you have no access to your notes.
Informative video, but not really basic in the sense of downloading the app and then setting up your first workbook.
If one note developers develop memory anchors feature in one note. One note will outclass other competitions.

Google dropping the ball here … one note has to be my fav been using it the past month just wish google integration existed google keep didn’t “keep” my attention at all
