To be fair, this is a very simple remap chip. The fact that there is no soldering to the controller's board itself make it a lot harder to make expensive mistakes.

I just want to say thank you I have purchased and made my controller about eight months ago The only other problem I had which was the controller started to get stick drift so it was an easy fix all I did was buy another controller just swap it and just use my same paddles that I already made everything works phenomena
Why, you not sell the complete kit to ease purchase? I would like to purchase 1 kit for try, but is difficult to me to looking for the correct tool in your page.
Just got my paddles like this video showed where they angle around the handles. I would give these a 9/10 as it takes a little playing with to get the paddle clearance right against the switches and now I can't use my dock anymore since the lower area where the lower screws are get in the way. When anyone is trying to mark the lower holes to drill make sure the upper screws are screwed tight so there's no play. And press your thumb near the lower screw hole so that you can apply pressure to ensure it's flat against the controller as you mark the hole. If you leave any play between the paddle and controller when you mark the lower hole to drill as you tighten the screws down it'll cause the clearance between the paddle and switch to change, and you may end up with more pressure on the switch or a gap. To fine tune paddle to switch clearance after the all holes are drilled simply tighten the upper screws first to almost snug then gently back out the slightest bit. Get the lower screws started and get them about 1/2 turn to a full turn from fully tight. It only takes the slightest loosening or tightening to get the paddle to rest a little more or less against the switch. And if you need to you can always gently bend/flex the paddle a tad but I'd rather just try adjusting the screws first. As for the sony dock issues I may take off the paddles and completely shave off that area where the lower screw is at, relocate the lower screws to near the indentation between both screw holes and that should give me enough clearance for the official dock. I figured I may run into dock clearance issues before I bought so it wasn't a complete surprise. Basically if you look at the area where the lower screw is at, if you form a circle around that stub you would remove that portion. Other notes: -When you glue gun the switches to the rear controller plate there's hardly any clearance for the internals when you put everything together. If you find the controller hard to snap back into place make sure your wires are tuck properly and take the hot tip of the glue gun to smooth out any excess glue that may be over the backside of the switch. I have all 4 edges of the switch hit by glue, but the backside of it is almost bare. I had to redo the left switch as the internals were putting extra pressure on it causing the switch to not move freely since it changed the resting angle of the switch, instead of being dead center in the hole I drilled it was binding on the edge of the hole. -When laying down the included PCB flex board I used hot glue over the top solder points rather than putting a dab underneath. It made sure the wires had more support to stay secured in place. Make sure you don't put too much or run it off otherwise you may run into issues where the battery holder doesn't lay flat. If you see the battery holder is crooked check the wires that they're not underneath the supports of the battery tray and make sure the glue is flat and not sticking up a lot.
