Yesterday marked 6 month anniversary since the discard from my wife and 16 year marriage with Cluster B-BPD, PTSD, NPD, DID, MPD, MST, and other clinically diagnosed addictions and disorders. Coach KAT, Very Glad I found your Videos a few days ago. They are so spot on. The Educational value and the Knowledge that you bring to the Table are priceless especially if you are on the receiving of a Narcissist person. 15.5 years of dating this girl. The last 5 years I swear she became the DEVILS DAUGHTER I was able to Walk Away from her. NC 4 Months She said to me you are gonna Miss Me. Here's what I don't understand she was right I do. How can I be missing someone that I never had she gave nothing.
Shes right because she has probable done this to many others. You are not missing her, you have become used to the time you spent on her. Invest time on other things and find better ways to live life. She will automatically fade away with time.
i have a lot of these tendencies but ive never abused people, thats strange , but the thing is whole my life i was not even aware how i would pretend and stuff and how i would adjust my life so the others would fit in it , and fantasies i had and stories i created abaout me and other people but ive never abused and lied to people ive never hurt them ,never devalued them, never intentionaly manipulated them ,probably i had codependency issues and now im getting aware of it, .....its taugh to watch these videos because i know some narcisists in my comunity and this opens my eyes abaout them but also its showing me that i have many of these traits,but strangely im very empathic so im probably borderline or something .
Such a sweet girl with a lovely forgiving heart ..... i feel i am on the same journey of recovery as you Kat but a few months behind. I myself was feeling the Spring roots of compassion if not forgiveness recently .... Thanks for sharing your thoughts
Hahaha compassion for them that's where I went wrong!! No these people are evil they chose to do what they do to people simply because they're selfish. That's a choice. They know what they do . They need to be held accountable they don't need sympathy
So much pain involved with this toddler. But I still have love for him, and I wish him well. This is my third narc experience, and he was my favorite, twisted I guess. I've healed and moved on. Not doing this again. I pray for them all. 💕🖕
Do ,.. or will I have any pitty for them threw my healing,...NO!..they knew what they were doing,....it was planned,...they bought there time, to deceive,..thats what he will not get from me!...he's onto the next victim,..and things will unfold in time,.. with his monkeys to see. Do I want a front row seat with popcorn,....absolutely!....cause that's where I'm at with my healing so far. We have been made out to be crazy,..gone for therapy ourselves meanwhile it's the abuser that needs therapy not us,....until we've gone threw the cycle of the abuse. Sorry for them,...not in my case! Drained me financially along with other things,..these toxic demons dont deserve anything from us but EXPOSURE!....
Not real people is true. I’ve seen the fear and the emptiness in her eyes. That doesn’t mean you can’t fall for the smug, aloof, superiority when you are feeling down.

Agree, I came to similar conclusions as I ruminate day to day but I still think they need to pay 🙂
