easy cpus are like programmed to always do the "try to lose but make it seem like you are just bad" challenge i swear

Funny story: I once tried to get rid of the stars on this board, so I performed a combination of stealing my opponents stars and voluntarily landing on the Bowser Space, hoping he'd take away my star. And I got him to do it twice out of three times I step on the spaces.

But all jokes aside, this looks like a fun challenge and the idea of a reverse party is one of the many ways you can twist the game up to make it more interesting

Agreed,when I played Mario Party there's me Easy, Hard and Master Cpus and i FELT SO BAD FOR THE EASY CPUs but when it's MASTER, HOLY MOLY I WAS GONNA EXPLODE
Here’s how the mechanic works: easy cpu is designed to lose but when you are in a team mini game the cpu (your team only) turns to master so it’s barely possible to lose to them
Is that the same way with master cpus on your team? They switch difficulties?

having watched CMeeCraft's Mario Party series I'm not surprised, though moreso that for games like the tanks he didn't purposefully drive into the line of fire instead of staying hidden in the corner/throw the games more easily

But yeah, it seems like you over-invested in Warp Blocks; IIRC, you only used them once, & when you did, you felt it was a mistake. They seem way less useful if you don't invest in movement to get somewhere good to swap from. Plus, who you swap with being random lessens how much it can benefit the others.

Easy trick to make CPUs win
Step 1 buy 2 gold pipes and 1 warp block
Step 2 use gold pipe
Step 3 use warp block
I wish this could work, it would be such a cool strategy! You can't use 2 items in the same turn, so if you use a gold pipe, you have to walk past the gold pipe before you can use the warp block! 😭

honestly kinda surprised you still managed to win (lose?) the challenge without actually doing anything to throw the games. staying hidden behind a pipe at spawn instead of driving in front of the other tanks, staying on the 7 spot of the ground fall game instead of the 1 space literally right next to it, etc. especially since I've been told the easy CPUs rubberband their abilities to lower ability players - not entirely sure if that's true or not though? would be cool to know if you can see that in the code!
