I fractured my hip and was pissed . Watching this video. That’s nothing compared to him . We all gonna make it. Keep your head up y’all . One love ! 🙏❤️✊
In the midst of a couple difficult decisions. Safety, or to follow a dream - a vision. This guy did, and despite it not working out, he doesn't regret a thing. And that is most powerful to me. The confidence it gives me to disregard the norms and really do me is mind-blowing.

However, what blows my mind are the people who chose this and wish to bring every one else around them to their level. I can't think of a more disgusting and hateful way to view life.

If seen videos and met people, myself included who did something great in the past... but are not that today...
But Mark IS that today and this is helping to that indomitable spirit to wake back up and live, lead and achieve again.

This is a story! I’ve been wanting to join the Royal Marines for a long time now. I’m 14 now, meaning I could start training at 16. This has given me an insight on what can happen and what has happened. But that hasn’t changed my view and determination to be ready and want to join

Yes! So glad he got that mental game figured out. Ive never been through anything like he has, but ive been seriously depressed for many years in the past, just constant pain and misery. The way out is exactly like he says, we arent meant for static/stagnant, monotonous, lives, we need progress, we need to constantly be moving forwards, wherever that leads, we needs to keep things moving. Its life changing.
Seems like he also found David Goggins, and that is never a bad thing. Absolute game changer.
