Good motivational speech. When I'm convalescing from a medical issue I need someone to tell me that the recovery won't be easy but it is attainable. As a retired US Army Staff Sergeant, I always like to say "Accomplish the mission, welfare of the troops!." That's what us NCOs learned in the Army. I was a Non-Commissioned Officer for 21 years. I only know one gear, forward! Thank you for this video.

Some days all you can do is breathe, but that's fine.
Keep breathing and there will be a tomorrow to try again, don't look at it as lazy or procrastination and beat yourself up about it because some days just keeping breathing IS pushing yourself.
When you CAN move and do things then do, but recognise that some days are good, some no so good.
But all days start with breathing. 👍
