This was the handle location for White Freightliner WFT tractors through 1975.5. But White separated from the partnership in late 1974, leaving FL to take over the product line solely, and in mid 1975 FL changed the handle style to pull paddles, and moved them down to the bottom rear corner of the doors, oriented vertically so they had to be pulled up to open. That is where Optimus Prime's door handles were located and how they looked. But that would not work for Ginrai's tractor. It appears to have the steps moved in front of the front steer axle wheels, which moved the axle underneath the seats. This allowed the floors to be lowered a bit, making dis-/mounting easier for crews. However, because the ladder was located at the front of the door, it would make it difficult to reach a door handle in the old WFT area up by the door window. A person would probably have to climb the step ladder, press the door handle button to open the latch and pull the door into himself, climb back down the ladder to move out of the way as he swung the door open, climb back up the ladder, then climb into the tractor cab. It is highly unlikely Ginrai would have been able to access the truck tractor like this. In 1976 (maybe 1975.5), Freightliner released the FLL model with the setback front axle (SBFA) option, and the step ladder was moved in front of the axle. As FL had already moved the handles down into the bottom rear corners of the doors in 1975, the FLL tractors had the low-mount door handles. This made entry easy. A person could reach the door handle at waist height, open the door while still standing on the ground, climb the front ladder, swing inside, and pull the door behind him. Therefore, the Ginrai/Wave 5 Optimus Prime tractor truck toy was probably incorrectly molded when it had the high-mount door handles. That was not historically correct for the truck model, and Ginrai would have had a hard time accessing the door and truck cabin that way. It should have been molded and animated with low-mount door paddle latches.
Ginrai just came into the picture but when he bonded with the transactor which is actually the body of the legendary Autobot leader Optimus Prime, shouldn’t Diver and the other Pretenders recognise Prime’s face and appearance since they are all from Cybertron?

Well no, it isn't the body of Optimus Prime, it is a transtector that was originally mad to be used by Optimus. Devil Z stole it and hid it.
