കഴിയുമെങ്കിൽ സ്വന്തമായി തയ്യാറാക്കിയ കൊപ്ര മില്ലിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ആട്ടി വാങ്ങുക... ഒരു മിനിമം 65% ശുദ്ധമായ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് കിട്ടും അതായത് 10 കിലോ കൊപ്രയ്ക്ക് ആറരക്കിലോ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ലഭിക്കും. രണ്ട് ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ എണ്ണയിലെ മട്ടി എല്ലാം അടിഞ്ഞ് filter ചെയ്ത പോലെ തെളിഞ്ഞ എണ്ണ ആകും. വേണമെങ്കിൽ ഒരു പരന്ന പാത്രത്തിൽ ഒന്ന് രണ്ട് ദിവസം നല്ല വെയിലത്ത് തുറന്ന് വെയ്ക്കുക. വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയിലെ ജലാംശം പൂർണ്ണമായി മാറി ദീർഘ നാൾ കേടുകൂടാതെ ഇരിക്കും. വേണമെങ്കിൽ ഒരു ചെറിയ കുടം പുളി എണ്ണ സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്ന പാത്രത്തിൽ കിഴി കെട്ടി ഇടാം ( എന്ത് വ്യത്തികെട്ട രീതിയിലും മായം ചേർത്താലും തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ പ്രയാസം ഉള്ള ഭക്ഷ്യ വസ്തുവാണ് വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ... മിന്നുന്നത് എല്ലാം പൊന്നല്ല എന്ന് ഓർക്കുക)
