It’s gotten to the point on console where it isn’t worth it. The brig moira spam is so much worse here. I’m a 3.7k tracer main and I find myself playing so much more doomfist and hanzo because tracer gets shut down by almost everything
I mean movement at t500 and mid to high gm is way better and not even comparable to any other rank, hitting a sticky at that rank is waaaaay harder than at low ranks, if he was in diamond he would hit every pulse. Movement can make or break a player, and kabaji isnt know for having the best sticky's he is known for positioning, gamesense awareness, movement, and tracking.

When I try to blink with tracer, I always go left or right because I play 90% of time by pressing buttons WA and WD or SA and SD and not just W A S D so I always go somewhere left or right when blinking and not just forward or behind, I was trying to fix this by playing tracer alot but it didn't help me so do you have some tips?
The honest answer is the one you probably don't wanna hear: you have to keep practicing. Go on something like a FFA or even a QM, if you don't care too much, and don't mind not doing so great kill wise. Try to pay attention to your keyboard and consciously decide which direction you are going to go based on your enemy's position. Focus on not just automatically pressing blink in the direciton you're walking, which may make you slow, since you're going to have to think about where to go. Look at killcams to see where you went wrong or try to analyze your mistakes as you play, if you have this capacity. Eventually, you'll do it as second nature, not taking too much time for you to decide which keys to press. This is a common thing among many players, so it's not anything unusual. After you actually put thought at it, you'll probably be able to fix it.
The recent heros are hard counters to tracer in my opinion. When does tracer get some love? Change her ult dmg back to 400 for example? Give her enough health so that a random head luck shot of hanzo isnt onehit. Tracers ult compared to junks ult is completely garbage. Extremely high risk because of going all in, but low reward because of the stupid throwing arc and small explosion radius. Junks ult is the lowest risk in the game with one of the highest rewards in the game, the tire is fast af, does a shit tone of dmg and the explosion radius is huge. Jeff, you actually a game developer?
Tracer has dominated for a really long time, so I understand the need to give her some more roadblocks, but now I feel like we've just gone to the other extreme.
that would make her so op she would have 210 health or 200 with armour apparently her ult should have a bigger radius and do more damage even though its one of the quickest ults in the game and you can get it from 1 roadhog and apparently the ult shouldnt have an arc cause it takes skill

I usually don't play hanzo at all, but when I do I just sometimes pop off by hitting several heads after each other and creating an easy 6v3 fight. It just does not feel right when doing it, especially with the fact that I do not practice this hero in any way. I wish Blizz would just test it out how the game would feel if one shots are not possible anymore with normal shots. When the target has 100% health and gets hit by a shot that would deal enough dmg to kill the target, the target just keeps 10% as a back up or something, this way the heros do not need more health or the shots to be nerfed in dmg. I am just curious how this would feel.
@@lawrencelawine9082 yes but then widow would be trash and hanzo but less so and mcree the ability to click heads and get quick kills is the only reason we are not in a boring attrition meta and also if your playing a cbaracter that can oneshot and you hit 3 ppl then they need respect you more for example if your widow they need someone to dive you or a counter widow to contest space
It’d be cool to repeat little tricky mechanical movements in slowmo as us mortals can’t quite see what you’re doing sometimes. I often slow it down my self to see.
I play on console (PS4) and I main tracer and soldier, for some reason I struggle to one clip most heroes with 200hp or less even when I don't miss a single shot, like I could be all up in a mercy's face and shoot every bullet in the clip and she would still have at least 20% of her hp. Could anyone give me any tips or advice on how to be more consistent with one clipping please? I also have an issue with pulse bombs, I usually blink into them and throw the bomb but it would miss or go behind them somehow or just do no damage at all. When it comes to getting picks and flanking etc I'm consistent in that and almost 100% of the time I got good elims and damage. PSN: Arjun_95
uhh i dont mean to sound like an asshole but its impossible not to one clip a 200 character (at close range) if you hit all your shots since her total bodyshot dmg is 240 with headshots at 480, so basically you're not hitting all your shots which means you already know what your problem is as for the pulse bomb it sounds like you're missing them because you're not accounting for its quarter second delay after you press q or whatever it is on console and travel time and most likely even the direction your opponent is going idk you could probably just do blink-bomb practice with bots in the training room or something
You also need to look up tracer animation cancels, if you press ult button then blink on to your target your pulse bombs become faster and more accurate
AJ Venom you’re missing your shots. I have trouble one clipping too. Some characters are just harder to 1 clip because of their hitboxes. I find characters like mccree and zen really easy because they cant get away and their hitboxes are wider so the spread hits them more. As for your pulse bombs you are missing them too. The explosion radius is really small so if you dont get a stick you probably wont get a kill. The pulse bomb is really small and its a projectile so its really easy to miss. I get really annoyed when i think it shouldve hit but didnt

Well use your keyboard like a regular gamer and you should be fine
