Hei man, this might be a bit a dumb question, but I would like to know if you could make a "role-timing/guide". What I mean by that is "What role should be doing what and when". (e.g. When should the winston jump WHO, and when to disengage). I know this is a very broad topic and can't be said easily, but Im sure there are some guidelines to follow. I ask you since you seem to make generally good and informative content which is highly enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
"Oh yeah yeah" is right, you can't make a guide for every possible scenario. I suggest you think of timing in terms of team fights. If you team is organized well, you will act at the same time, and you must understand when to commit to a fight, when to continue applying pressure in relative safety, and when to disengage/retreat. You are NOT responsible for the actions of your team mates, only your own actions, but you ARE responsible for ensuring your team mates know when you intend to do something they could capitalize on (like an ult or ability) or a high-risk high-reward play that could cost your life without backup. It's even possible to do well using very different playstyles. But one thing all top players have in common is that their actions enable their other teammates. In this video, for example, Kabaj kills the sym turrets (that's an obvious one for most players) but he's very intent on targeting the McCree, because he knows McCree is holding a good position and is a serious threat to his team mates, and as Tracer he has the ability to close the distance and pressure or hopefully eliminate McCree.
Whoa. I've watched plenty of pro Tracers, but I've never watched one who explains everything so well. Aim is a huge part of being good obviously, but the positioning, game sense, prediction, mind game are also invaluable to getting good at Tracer, who's arguably the hardest hero to play well.

I know this comment is way old, but you have to know your audience when you coach. Jayne explained this very well: you can't coach a bronce, silver, gold or plat player the same way as you would a GM/Top500. If a guys like Sty corrected every mistake a plat player does, the amount of input would be overwhelming. You need to pick those mistakes that are preventing that player from climbing up the ranks. Kabaji's IS on another level and since he describes what he does and why, the quality and detail of his explanations scale with his skill. I am plat, I can do some of the things Kabaji explains by watching and training. But Kabaji is not commenting on other things that would be useful to me because it is second nature to him and probably not worth explaining. This is where Stylosas's coaching style comes into play. Different goals because of different audiences.
These tips are useful because we get to see them in action, the purpose and way to implement them is much more clear than many other tip/guides, love it, keep up the good work :)

You know you can blink up to that gap in the wall with a single blink? You just jump from the truck and use a single blink and you'll just make it. It's dangerous to get up on that truck but saves you time if you can safely do it. Also your ADAD crouch is really good. Are you just using CTRL for crouch or a different bind?
How did you not get stunned at 2:15? He threw the flash right at you as you recalled, but you have such high png ,it should have cancelled your recall right?
REally like your coaching videos, it's really helpful and gives specific advice. could you go over tracer blinking techniques (180s, side ways, double blink), pulse bomb techniques (combos w blinking, etc..), ADAD/crouch spam technique?
I notice that you don't use your recall a lot of times where I would use it. What times would you recommend doing it. Usually I use it when I take a lot of damage at once.
all this time i was improving my aim i got it as 40% average but i felt there was something missing and guess what it was my way to react and how to play
This really helped me out mainly because i am trying to play tracer, i am a mercy but i wanted to choose tracer, i don't ever pull out my pea shooter on mercy so i have little to no experience with shooting bullets, i have .67 kills per 10 min.
Hunta most good tracers will say avoid tracer 1v1s at all possible costs. It takes too long to kill another tracer, you could be wrecking the enemy back line or farming your ult etc
I just find it amazing how he can blink behind someone and instantly (like literally have one frame looking the other way) be dealing damage, I do it and it takes at least 1/2s lol

The best part is how you made the best out of a relatively crappy game. 144ms ping, no heals, uncooperative teammates, tilting soldier, enemy counter-picking... and you didn't seem anywhere close to tilting or going out of flow.
