When you realize the Skyrail speedrun for Shadow in SA2 is still 5 seconds faster. Shadow is faster than Sonic confirmed?

You have any tips on how to do the trick but when u dash into/near a balloon bc when ever I do it to a balloon it never works
It helps to be as far from a target as you comfortably can. The less time you have to boost during a homing the harder it will be.
Is it actually faster to spam boost?
yes because the beginning of the boost of the fastest
