      I know this is a year old, but people need to THINK, the Palestinians was in Palestine all their lives, what is happening to them, THINK. They were born there, look at the injustice been done to them, look what happend to the Native Indians of America, and Canada, and Australia, Look what they did to the people in India, under Gandi, look at the decendants of slaves in America, and what is happeing to them in America. How old is this problem, its very old. Documentary this week October 2019, Archives shows that its 70 years of Racism it started in 1948 Hostility against Blacks in the UK rooted in 70 years in the making. Clement Attley, 1948 Act the presence of Blacks in the UK was a Hostile invasion according to them, On 15th June Attley said they should be sent to Africa to pick peanuts. The also said in the Memo, that they would rather have the German Nazis in the UK than Blacks who just helped them to win the WAR. Without the facts we are lead to believe that its Thresa May former PM, no it is far older than that. 1951 Winston Churchill helped the Conservatives into power, and questions was being asked about having Blacks in certain jobs in the UK namely the Post Office. Without the correct information we act on impulse, my people are dying from lack of knowledge, rings through again. And what Malcolm X said, and Marcus Garvey. The truth will always surface. They want to occupy Black countries like South Africa, and Palestine and else where, Under the NWO where they own and control other peoples Countries. And create global poverty and misery and slavery, like we have emerging again in the 21st Century.

    A case worker who would deny a man the opportunity to attend his mother's funeral has lost all sense of humanity.
    What level of wickedness is this? How can a man live 60yrs in a place and be treated like this? Some people need to face jail time for this unforgivable crime. This is not a case of compensation but a case to prosecute inhuman case workers who have hearts darker than what Hitler possessed and such idiots should be cast in jail away from the society of men and women who still have hearts and Amber Rudd should be the first in that jail.

      Wind Rush, to Fascism, to Nazism, to WAR, everything goes a full cycle, survalance society, spying, as it was in the begining so shall it be in the end. The Scottish want their Independence, as it was under Charles the 1st, who deceived the British people in conspiring with a foreign power against the people, Edward and Mrs Simpson conspired with the Nazis, as did George. History is not taught in schools any more, much like Blacks was denied their History, leaving history to repeate themselves. What is Brexit a distraction leading to Fascism and Nazism, and a divide and rule Civil War, right verses left.

      Unfortunately where ever black Africans turn up they are never wanted even the Windrush generation Jamaica didn’t want them they had No work for them so they came over here in town nobody Wanted them over here. It must be horrible not to have a country society that Your ancestors have created that you can call it your Home Fast tracking you into somebody else’s society instead of creating your own it doesn’t work. What a lovely man and sister nobody be treated like this. I know the pain of losing their mother will never go I hope things are a little better for them now. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Government is definitely racist, but the lesson here is be in touch with your identity, even if I lived here 60 years I’ll never call myself an English man. Don’t believe the hype about being born here etc. Black British are the most marginalised group in UK. Teach your kids their culture, send them on holidays to The Caribbean, Africa not Spain or Europe. The Asians came here the same time as us, their children speak their language, eat their food and keep their culture and so should we as black people.

    While I feel sorry for what happened, he could have applied for British citizenship one year after receiving indefinite leave to remain in 1993. Why did he not do it? Whose fault is it really? It's easy to blame the government, but sometimes it is the individual's fault.

    • @TheFashionLiaison
      @TheFashionLiaison 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Bin Young if the HO would not stamp his Jamaican passport with the ILR stamp based on the letter they sent, then what makes you think they would have given him a British passport??

    • @binyoung7297
      @binyoung7297 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      TheFashionLiaison: Watch this video again. It states that in 1993, he received ILR, and if you read the letter from the Home Office at 0:57, it says "Your passport, which is enclosed, has been STAMPED to show this". Presumably, this refers to his Jamaican passport. Based on his circumstances, he would have then been eligible to apply for British citizenship sometime in 1994, 1 year after receiving ILR. See this: www.gov.uk/becoming-a-british-citizen
      The problem is that he did not BOTHER. And the video implies that 16 years later, in 2009, he wanted to have another ILR stamp on his (renewed) Jamaican passport. The HO rightfully asked for proof that he had been able to MAINTAIN his ILR status since 1993, by having remained in the United Kingdom. That seems to be the problem. And they then blamed the HO for putting the onus on the applicant (OF COURSE IT IS THE ONUS OF THE APPLICANT TO SHOW THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAINTAIN THE ILR STATUS!!)
      The bottom line is he could have avoided all this by taking advantage of the eligibility to apply for British citizenship at the earliest opportunity, in the 1990s. He did not, and is now bitching about the government.

    • @TheFashionLiaison
      @TheFashionLiaison 6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      hmm..given that he arrived in the UK on a British passport seen as Jamaica was still a British colony with all residents deemed British, perhaps he just assumed that he was British anyway with no need for a 'new' passport? I mean I know loads of people born in Britain as we know it today who don't have passports but no one is trying to deport them. My point is...back in 1958, When this man arrived, Jamaica was considered British territory just as much as Yorkshire or the Midlands. People trying to blame these victims are failing to understand that.
      The sole blame is for the HO and the ingrates who put these laws in place without knowledge of the history of immigration from the Commonwealth. Also, from my understanding the very fact that he was present in the country from 1958 to 1971 makes him a British citizen as the 1971 Nationality Act stated that all commonwealth Citizens resident in the country at the time were British. The only proof was required was the letter which was given to him in 1993. This took into the consideration that he was in the country before 1971. Asking him to prove his residency in 2009 was a racist and inhumane act.
      The Human rights acts states that you can not apply laws retrospectively and so the link you posted above should not apply to Windrush Children or other Children from the commonwealth who arrived to join parents and were settled in the UK before 1971. Teresa May and her Cronies need to write a new a clause in their act which protects such people from having to go through such horrendous and distressing times.
      Shame on you Britain. First you go ravaging in Africa and take people against their will to work on your sugar plantations in the Caribbean. Fast Forward, after getting their asses kicked in two world wars, they go back to the Caribbean and convince the descendents of the people they stole to come and build up their war ravaged country . Today they are covertly trying to kick out their children and in some cases the same people who came at your their request to help and contribute. I was very proud to be British before but I am very ashamed now. Absolutely disgraceful!

    Hi Dan Robinson I got a comment from you saying that you cannot believe that you are living in England so long, and been treated like that.Well I must tell you that you are the ones who must know about your ordeals, with those British leadership.I wrote a comment about the way they are treating the black people in England, and there was one lady cured me out saying that I don't know what am saying.I told her,I know what am saying, because I spent a little time there but I did not like there to live.I told her my father went to England in 1957 before she was born, and my ex wife living there, and still living there from 1963 and all her children were born there.She is the only one still living in England, everybody else left long, and living in the united States.Some times she visited the united States, and then go back to England.I could not see why some of those worthless Jamaican that is living in England so long, not even want to visit their own birth place.Something is automatically wrong with some of them from the rual parts of Jamaica, and they think that the country is like how they left it according to some of them mentality.Some of them is a big fools they would traced you all day, and they does not know how to looked about their paperwork so they can travel to other countries.That is to show you how stupid majority of them is,then they are trying to argued with a more sensible person more than them.I told the lady who was arguing with me talking her bullshit about how she is educated, and I cannot read.That is to show you how stupid she was talking her bullshit,I am living in the USA as a retired citizen,I can travel anywhere I want to in the world.Not like some of those worthless Jamaican who left Jamaica over several decades, living into a country and being fighting to stay there.Because they does not have any form of ambition at all,then some of those mother fuckers come arguing with me.All of those worthless mother fuckers Jamaicans, England should have thrown them fuck out.Anyone of those worthless mother fuckers can now challenged me, because I am okay, and I am not scared of none of those fucking stupid ass idoits.So they can reply, and if England want a man to arrested those fuckers, they can just hired me.I would be gladly do it as an expolice officer, they can go now fuck themselves.Sending their abnoxious comments to me,I was not the one who is trying to put out those no good mother fuckers Jamaicans out of England so why are they trying to arguing with me for. When you see no good people who does not have any form of ambition,or shamed about themselves.Then you cannot argued with those kind of wastes,their antecedents is far below mideocre.

      David Edbrooke and they deserve every penny. The government have been totally stupid over this. All they had to do was check tax records and see how long you've been paying tax for. But what they did was, threaten settled people with deportation, deny them health care and denied them benefits. Some people have been sacked. Would you be able to live on nothing? It's a disgrace. Luckily for me, my parents arrived after Windrush in the sixties. I was born in London so this does not apply to me but I would be hopping mad if it did.
