- The Steely Dan bass cover project continues with another Aja track, and another killer Chuck Rainey bass line: Home At Last.
This tune is maybe most famous for Bernard Purdie’s «Purdie Shuffle», and boy, is it ever a blast to play to. Nothing much to do here but lay down some sweet ones and threes and just enjoy the amazing musicianship all around - especially when Purdie lets loose in the end vamp.
