That’s a nice building and your unit is perfect for 1 sometimes 2 people. Lots of windows as a result of thoughtful architects/planners. Great price. Congrats. You will need to run that mini split AC along with a top notch air purifier. Very doable. There’s got to be some “camouflage” number you can do with the gas meter and the water heater …some kinda fake shelving with LED lights bouncing indirectly along the wall or something to that effect. 😂 🔨🪚🪜👍🇨🇦 Best of luck !
Pretty cool video. I just recently started checking out vids on China overall and am blown away at not only the crazy affordable housing (I'm from USA so that is my comparison) but also the futuristic looking public transportation systems across the country! China really moved WAY up my possible retire early locations for sure. Thanks a ton for sharing and looking forward to checking out your other vids on China as well.
I noticed you use the word "decorate." I work in Korea but my wife and I have a home in Beijing. One summer she went back a few weeks before me to "decorate" the apartment there. In my mind I imagined new curtains. Little did I know "decorate" can include jackhammering tiles, rewiring and rerouting plumbing, new plaster, and all new fixtures. What would take months in California she was able to do in 3 weeks. You apartment is well "decorated," I look forward to more videos about where you live and your daily life.
Thanks for sharing. Yeah I used the word decorate because I just bought simple things to change the look. Replacing tiles and fixtures and things like that I would consider remodeling. But , I’m no expert lol 😝.
@@fatrat6988 CN has good food, but there is a lot disease going through the country. Most of the country is about the same with regards to low hygiene levels.
@alonshalit5778 the life expectancy in China is 78, which is not bad. The life expectancy is also increasing. I don’t have much experience in China however from what I can tell, Chinese people have better hygiene than those in America(where I’m living). For example, Chinese use squat toilets in public bathrooms, don’t wear shoes in the house, washes their hands and utensils/plates/bowls before eating. I don’t know what you mean by “disease” but I’d say that the biggest problem in regard to the health in China is how everyone smokes. And those who don’t smoke will second hand smoke because Chinese people smoke everywhere!
@@fatrat6988 in China you’ll see children urinating on the asphalt of parking lots and streets approximately 2 to 5 times a week. The mothers encourage this practice, it is gross seeing that as you go about your day on the way to work or getting a meal or recreation activities.

400 dollars can get you pretty much anything you want. You want massive but slightly older and out of the way?... done. Modern, smaller in a good location....done.

It is a very unique situation in China where rent is cheaper than to buy an apartment. Price to buy is very high. And China is a developing country, not developed.

Wow, a very nice apartment and for that price!! 😯 Food should be cheap too!
Yeah not bad at all. The food is definitely affordable. Living here as an expat you have lots of disposable income for saving etc ..
Not bad just add your touch to it .the rack in the master u could hang some kinda masculine curtains to hide it.
very nice and what is a good deal!!!
much better than your previous condo. this seems way more brand-new, cozy and simplistic. But 400+ per month is a bit expensive
Expensive for China? Because you would be in some rat infested hole in certain parts of the uk. The price is amazing.

Wait! You have to go through the bathroom to get to that other room?!?!
