The 22.5 max is because the sea shelves are capped at giving that, just as the normal ones are capped at giving 15. 56:17 this is how they can bottleneck you through the progression, moving from one thing to the next as you progress through the game. Later on, with the nether shelves and then the end shelves, you will be doing a little bit of a balancing act to fine tune your numbers, which is why the melon shelves exist, so that you can get back down within a certain range in order to be able to do stuff like imbuing. Some things have a maximum value

Oh! And the library! Super awesome! There are two levels, even the lesser one is sweet. It's like a storage for all enchants. Just drop your enchant books in it and then you can pull out whatever you like, but only up to the level that you put in. Since that was confusing as hell:
Put in three looting one books and three looting two books. You now have a total of nine levels of looting, but you can't take out a looting three yet because you haven't put that level in yet. This is Dawncraft, so you could then put in a looting 4, which would bring you up to 13 levels of looting in this example, and you could then take out three looting 4 from the library. That would leave only one level in the library.

When you're placing things... Two blocks from the enchant table, but that works on all four sides, giving you a max of 16 spots, and you can stack two high, giving you a total of 32 positions. You can stack two skulls on top of each other in the same block space, or put a candle on a skull. But doing this cancels them out for some reason, so don't stack them. If you have two book shelves on top of each other, then put a skull on top of those, the skull will not register. And remember that amethyst clusters will give you rectification, if you have silk touch 23:35
When you put something in that inner ring, it blocks the signal from the outer ring, which is why when you add a candle it drops your total. 25:33 Rule is: you're working with a 5x5 square. The enchanting table is in the center, and there should be nothing else in the inner 3x3 section. You can fill the outer ring of that 5x5, and you get two blocks tall- the same level as the enchanting table and one higher. Do not stack skulls or a candle on a skull, even though you can, as this confuses the game and it ignores both. Only 15 of each type of bookshelf applies at once, so putting 16 or 20 would be just a waste of space. All 'normal' bookshelves (oak, spruce, birch, etc) are the same category. Melon, bee, and sea shelves are different categories

Also! Can't believe I hadn't thought of this already. Apotheosis is awesome! But it requires a lot of levels. A *lot* of levels. If you come across bottles o' enchanting, save them! You need to create an exp pump for your backpack. You will also need to install a fluid tank, and you're able to install two fluid tanks in one backpack. I highly recommend leaving your exp backpack at the house so that you don't lose it on a drunken dare to go swimming in the nether (we aren't talking about painful memories right now, let's move on 😭😜). My exp backpack doubles as my create stuff holder. You need to also put in a stack upgrade into that backpack because it applies to the amount of exp that you can hold in it. The exp pump requires a couple of ender pearls (enderman, obviously, but their scary cousins with big swords will drop dark mane that can be crafted by itself to get two pearls) and two bottles o' enchanting. Your exp pump can be set to pull exp from you or give it back to you, and it can be set to repair mending gear, which it is by default. When you come back from adventuring, just set the backpack to leave you with a few levels so that you can use waystones, and cycle through whatever gear you have with mending while you're standing within a few blocks of your backpack
Wow I definitely need that! I’m trying to make an exp farm in an episode but can’t figure out one without a deployer
@@LanSirr You can set up the mob farm up to the point where you will eventually put the deployer with a sword. Enchanting that sword (durability is used by the deployer) with knowledge will increase your exp gain. For now, you can kill the mobs manually for the EXP. You can still automate the farm for drops, but I believe that you're going to need that deployer with a sword in order to automate the EXP gathering. It's probably still worth automating for drops, because the skeletons and zombies and such can still spawn with apotheosis gear which will drop, which will give you gear to break down in order to get your own reforging materials.

There are a few ways you can do it. I used that in the video I sent, yes, and I came up from the ocean. Create allows for other creative farm types as well. I've got video of a create one on my server that I haven't uploaded yet, hopefully I'll remember to get to it this weekend
As an alternative to underwater monuments for prismarine, you can use an encased fan and soul fire to haunt lapis with the create mod. Soul sand can sometimes be found at ruined portals, or you can get loads of it in the bottom two layers of the rogue like dungeons.
You can get puffer fish by fishing. It doesn't take very long they've got a pretty decent probability
How do I unlock the fishing rod though lol...
@@LanSirr costs 18 emeralds to a fisherman, but you gotta find one offering the quest. Carrying emeralds is always a good idea. My best early-Dawncraft emeralds come from amethyst shards and cobblestone to the goblin traders.
If you go to a village with random unemployed villagers, you can drop down a few barrels to make fishermen until you get the quest
Quanta is great! It increases the odds of getting more then one enchantment! But it also sucks, because it also increases chances of curses showing up. You tone down the chance for curses by using rectification. As I recall, the only real way to get that before the nether is with amethyst clusters, which of course requires silk touch. Apotheosis has things locked into progression steps, so you have an essentially normal set up until you go to the nether, for hell shelves and then infusing those. Infusing can also change honey bottles into bottles o' enchant.
Seems like the nether is unavoidable lol
A good tip is that you can get every bookshelves before nether except for the end variants, just unlock the trading contract with the hunter villager then keep trading with him until you unlock the blaze rod and ghast tear which are the components to craft the nether shelves, he is also a good source of obtaining emeralds if you have plenty of rotten flesh, bones, gunpowder,etc.
Another tip is to get more passive skills from the guard villagers, these skills can boost a good amount of attack damage & speed, stamina, health, the ones I recommend are heart shield which gives you extra 20 hp, sword master for +30% attack speed and mindset which gives you a huge boost for attack dmg and resistance if u keep ur hp above 80%, so be on the look out for these villagers everytime you encounter a village
Last tip is keep farming the Corrupted Orge, he drops the essence for maxing ur stamina and hp, use them at the horned statue

You must have a minimum arcana to infuse. When you're looking at the infusion recipe, you can hover over the three bars to see what you need. Your arcana is too low with this set up to infuse, but added skulls can help, or candles... Forget which offhand, and I'm at work so i can't check. Get that arcana up and it'll work 59:51
Infusing the shelves will boost that arcana, which is often what is required to be able to go from one 'tier' of the shelves to the next
