  • Knowing how to take care of our hair daily is one of those things that might seem so simple but most of the time we still make mistakes that can cause damage to our hair so in this video I’m gonna show you the hair care mistakes, how to fix them so that you know how to care for your hair better. Main hair care mistakes I have done are: brushing hair with dirty brushes, leaving oils for longer periods of time, sleeping with wet hair, air drying hair roughly, using rubber bands on my hair, showering without a hair cover, conditioning the roots. I hope you learn and avoid these common hair care mistakes so that you can grow long healthy hair ❤️ #hairgrowth

I started using lityleextra reactivate serum for hair growth which has rosemary because my hair was rapidly falling out because of stress and such. I was only looking for anything to try, and this had been recommended, therefore I went for it. Within a few days, I noticed significantly less hair loss when I brush my hair. I also spotted where I initiated getting patches of loss, there had been new growth. It did irritate my skin slightly right on the forehead hairline, so I use a band to avoid it from running down while also preserving the head tilted back during application. The irritation vanished and has not returned, thus if your skin is sensitive or just to be careful, I suggest a hairband to prevent it from running down to your skin. On the whole, I'm so pleased with this serum and can continue to use.

I have improved my hair by following these: Including more and more vitaminC in form of orange, lemon, and kiwi, 8 hours of enough sleep everyday, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fish like salmon. Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure shampoo, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by liitleextra coconion two times a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

I think you are one of the only TH-camrs I’ve seen to recommend only taking biotin if you’ve been tested and shown to be deficient. Thank you! The mg of some of these biotin supplements are very high (e.g., the pill is 8,333% daily intake). I’ve read those overly high levels can be detrimental to your health.

I just discovered your content and my hair is brown, thick, wavy, and gets knotted VERY easily, there are so many things I do that now I realise I shouldn’t. Two examples are the conditioner shouldn’t go on your scalp. Like I didn’t know that! And that’s why my hair looks more greasy. Another one is the brush one. I had no idea that I should wash it because of all that. Now I will start doing that all the time. I am going to follow you and hopefully I will see some changes. Even if it’s a small change I’ll be happy! Tysm for these tips! I will edit this in a few months if I can and report back!

I loved this video! I have been growing my hair out for several years. And I have finally dialed in how to keep my length and add to it. Hair oil has been the last key ingredient to the formula. While I agree that applying it to your roots and scalp can be bad. I have experienced proof that it is necessary to apply it to your tips only. The hair at your tips (also referred to as ends) is the driest part of your hair. So, adding that extra intense moisture keeps the ends from breaking off or splitting. Thus keeping your length.

The best solution for the steam problem is taking cold shower or not above 25°C (or 77°F) , it's better for your skin in general + it's more cost efficient as there no to little need to warm the water. You get used to it faster than you think, it's just a matter of will

Hey Doro ,Iam 21 now, I had long and thick hair down my back 3 yrs ago, but now my hair has been thinning out towards the end but i still have some density in the middle part of my hair, would u suggest cutting off the thinning part of my hair to promote hair growth, or should I just leave it alone and focus on the scalp for hair growth... Asking u cause u r the hair guru😊

I use apple cider vinegar with mother once a month. It helps balance out the PH of the hair, keeps the scalp healthy and the hair shiny.

I HAVE A QUESTION!! I have heard that if you have wavy hair, you should comb your hair right away after shower. So, what are your thoughts on it? Is it ok to comb them right away or should we wait till they dry.

I'm 57 and I have never in my life heard of anyone drying their hair like that. That's just a recipe for headaches, neck injuries and messing up your inner ear balance.

What about co-washing for textured hair, if you use a sulfate free conditioner like the cake curl enhancing one, would it still be damaging?

Instead of removing the rubber band use one of those little plastic letter openers to cut it out with no damage. Of course it's preferable not to use rubber bands but in a pinch it is less damaging than removing it the regular way.

I HAVE to use scrunchies for pony tails and buns because the other kinds of pony tails get tangled in my hair and hurt. I only use other kinds for braids because it's easier to take them out, doesn't hurt, and doesn't pull my hair out
