As an English speaker trying to learn French, I still find it pretty relaxing, but I'm also constantly trying to understand as much as I can (probably about half), so that makes it a lot harder to relax or fall asleep to it...

I live in Belgium and in the southern part of Belgium speaks French so the northern part of Belgium, where they speak Dutch, is obligated to learn French. So happy I can finally use is.
