seed oils are extracted with high heat and an acid solvent. this turns the oil rancid and oxidized. deodorizers are then used to make the oil palatable. so you are eating a product with traces of acid, deodorizers, and that is oxidized. es no muy bueno. also what are the sources on the literature?

I’ve never bought ready popcorn. Making popcorn from scratch is really easy. Buy the dried kernels. Pop them on the stove with a little oil/butter while shaking the pot covered with a lid. Drizzle with melted salted butter. Voila.
Then you are allergic to Corn very simple on that. Corn can cause major headache or gut inflammation if a person is allergic which means you also allergic automatically to American gluten
