Food scientist talking here. The natural butter flavor is just usually concentrated butter spray dried on milk powder. This misconception of natural flavor is bad for you needs to end.
If you are a food scientist then you should understand that most people would like to know the exact ingredient and process it went through before consuming
As someone who knows nutrition. Companies use all natural a lot of the time to hide nasty ingredients. Maybe you should lobby for transparency so there is no confusion? Oh wait.
@m.theresa1385 that made me remember when I was 21, 22 yrs old I tried popping popcorn on the stove with oil and I almost started a fire. 😳 the whole apartment building (4 units) was filled with smoke and I had to go around and tell everyone what happened 😬🫠

He’s educating others on healthier options in stores because there are so many items to choose from…many people want to eat healthier (either for weight loss or reduce inflammation) but they don’t know where to start. I’m sure if you got the other popcorn you’d be fine 😊
@StephanieDonelow so whats worng with getting people to check the labels on the stuff they consume even if you don't agree with everything he says at least being more cautious about what goes into your body isn't a bad thing sure he promotes his products which no one is required to buy by the way. I wish he would cite a source for why sunflower oils are "inflammatory". The majority of the literature points to subbing saturated fats for unsaturated fats as being positive.
seed oils are extracted with high heat and an acid solvent. this turns the oil rancid and oxidized. deodorizers are then used to make the oil palatable. so you are eating a product with traces of acid, deodorizers, and that is oxidized. es no muy bueno. also what are the sources on the literature?
bubba if you’re worried about acidity, don’t test the pH of any random bottled water. also, i bet over half the people on this timeline drink coffee. claims of “oxidization” are dubious. if something is oxidized you will be able to taste it. not smell it. TASTE it. @@plumbthumbs9584
Sunflower oil is an anti inflammatory oil and widely used in Spain, Portugal and Italy, which all have a way higher life expectancy than America. He makes no sense!
I bought the Cuisinart air fryer at Costco for $149 based on your recommendation and I absolutely love it. Not only did I get an air fryer I got rid of my toaster oven and toaster!
I pop my own popcorn at home super organic. I don’t buy things that have more than two or three ingredients cheaper that way it’s healthier that way and I know what’s going into my mouth to eat. But the dates I would love to eat those stuff, cheese and a raspberry oh my Gosh is to die for
Bobby, I wish you give your opinion on which supplements- beyond vitamins/minerals- are really useful and which are basically just snake oil. I go to Natural Grocers occasionally and pick up their magazines and from what you read there you'd think that you're really not doing the best you can for your health if you don't buy concentrated mushroom powders, or botanicals, essential oils and herbs. Some instinct tells me these might be a waste of money. What do you think?😊
I saw the popcorn yday at Costco. I said awe man it was not pink Himalayan salt ones, so I didn't buy it. Walmart sells the pink Himalayan salt ones now. 🙌🏾
Ugh, there goes my skinny popcorn. Will get the lesser evil but different flavor. I only get my dates from costco or sams because of the price and bigger container . Great price for scrub daddy, especially getting more than 1. Love costco
my mom has Costco membership but i don’t and let me tell ya they won’t let me in unless she’s w me. Even if show proof she’s my mom. Now ik why these prices would get my apt filled up w groceries
I disagree on the date price. I ordered online from a farm and got 11 pound massive box for 40 bucks last spring. Unfortunately they had lots of insects in it and got grosssed out
I’ve never bought ready popcorn. Making popcorn from scratch is really easy. Buy the dried kernels. Pop them on the stove with a little oil/butter while shaking the pot covered with a lid. Drizzle with melted salted butter. Voila.
Then you are allergic to Corn very simple on that. Corn can cause major headache or gut inflammation if a person is allergic which means you also allergic automatically to American gluten
I would skip both and grab the double pack of the Hawaiian King rolls behind you, lather them in butter and sleep like a rock. But that's just me. Bobby approved, according to the appy 😮
I hate when people slam Sunflower oil. Yes it's processed. 1) Ain't GMO'D 2) Ain't sprayed with Roundup. 3) Glysophate Free. 4) Flavour 5) Perfect deepfry oil
I always buy that lesser evil popcorn at Walmart under $3.00 for the regular bag, but when i saw it in Costco at that price, and that size, i was shocked.
I thought he was going to talk about the natural ingredients in Scrub Daddy.

Whatever happened to plain popcorn popped in an air popper. Easy, inexpensive and healthy. Train your palate to like healthy food.
That still exists lol
I just do it in a pan on the stove. Easy peasy. I’m not making a lot and it’s fresh each time.
