Long storey short... Grew up with breathing difficulties from age 3 ...always had apnea Eventually had reconstruction on my throat. It worked well for a long time. The recent development of panic /anxiety attacks are just as you have so kindly outlined. Was thinking about signing up for euthanasia until I viewed a few of your videos. You just hit the symptoms, cause and remedy square on. What a relief. Have the tape and used it periodically Now will go back to taping my mouth shut "every" night... and in the day if I am staying home. Never would have thought the apnea was the cause of all my current grief. I feel a physical and psychological relief by just knowing that these are old problems back to haunt me at 75 years old . Not blood pressure and heart issues. I am subscribed Words will never be enough to tell you how grateful I am. Sincerely All the best Vancouver, B.C.
