All I can say is WOW! This could definitely solve the problem of big busty girls (like me) that can never find bustiers that fit their chest. The end result was jaw dropping and I really like the tweed one you were wearing during the narrative. Thanks for sharing and ta ta for now!
Love the look and the fit. Have you ever used woven fusible? It is a cotton lining fabric you iron on to stretchy fabric. I’ve seen it used by quilters making memory t-shirt quilts. You iron the fusible on to the back of the stretchy fabric and then cut your pieces/shapes out. Now your pieces won’t stretch as you are sewing them together. I’d still make a lining to make channels for the boning and hide the construction seams. Keep up the good work! ❤
It looks good. It looks like you may need to sew the same direction on on your seems. You may be getting some stretching. It looks a little uneven on the front.
I don't suppose you could use sweater material for a no-sew corset top? The kind that has lacing instead of seams between the panels. I've seen some belts like this, you use fabric glue or heat bond tape for the hems and to neaten the edges of the panels. I always thought that sweatshirt material would be too fluffy for it, but now I'm not so sure. Im definitely going to make one of these hoodie corsets! I find pullovers annoying and static-y but this looks like it wouldn't give me sensory overload! Thanks!
Hey! Im new to sewing and im not even looking to execute womens fashion yet...but the tip/jems you're dropping are just what I needed. Thanks so much!🙏🏽
Omgosh! Thank you so much for showing us this. I learned so much! I have one of those bobkin tools and had no idea what it was for. Honestly thought they were some new style of tweezers lol.
I thought it was gonna be oval above the waist, but now you have it like a tongue? The first beginning you showed us how was gonna look? I thought it was gonna look the same but oh well it still looks good.

iIdon't think I will be making either of these items. However, when I was much younger, I'm sure I would have. Great job.

Lots of good information! Good job😊
Don't you need to cut the ends of the boning to make the tips rounded so that it doesn't eventually poke through the fabric with its sharp corners?
Very nicely done. It looks great!
