      Exactly, but most clients accept and reject ideas on the basis of whether it appeals to THEM

    Douglas did a great job on driving home the importance of being able to read the room and to frame properly the importance of being able to understand the fundamentals of your client's company and industry, to ensure that what you are being tasked to do speaks to them relative to their needs, people and world. This was a great episode once again - well done.
