It's rather dull dialogue: Doctor says: "Listen, Giò (short for Giorgio - George), this man has fallen down, you brought me a man who's fallen down" "But he's been shot" "No, he fell down" "OK" "It's lucky that this is just a .22 cal" Then when he awakens, Doctor says "Giò saved you. He saved a good man or a bad man?" "I don't know"
No, they don't need to add English subtitles for you, Troy. TH-cam is not english only. If it's in Italian then good for them, it's their choice. You can try a workaround or go find the clip on a different channel. But no, the channel isn't required to cater to your demands for subtitles. Show more initiative than making a petulant request. You have the tool right at your fingertips and probably would only take a minute or so of your time to figure it out, but instead you spent that time being spunky. How precious.
