    honestly speaking, simula ng ng mag covid-19 dami kunang alam lutuin thru panlasang pinoy with sir Vanjo Verano, pag my gusto akong lutuin na bago punta agad ako you tube sa "panlasang Pinoy" . work from home kasi ako kaya my time na magluto. simple lang mga ingredients ni sir vanjo pero masarap pa rin kahit di sundin yung original recipe. at madaling sundin kung pano lutuin. dati mga basic dish lang alam ko, pero ngayon marami na. kaya very thankful ako Sir Vanjo at madami akong natutunan na bagong luto.

    daming nag mamagaling.. the video is for us to watch not to judge. .. hndi kayo ang kakain niyan.. walang mali sa ginawa nia.. kung para sa inyo mali ito parang sinabi nio na din na mali ang mga recipe ngyn kc hndi ginawa ung tradtional way.. kaya may tinatawag na "Version" or "alternative" sa pag luluto.. ang pagluluto hndi nababase kung paano m gagawin ang importante ung resulta ng ginawa mo.

      True bro he has hes own way of cooking food most likely hes using ingredients at are easy to buy at the market for the people to experience different kind of dish that are easy to made, dun sa mga nagagalit make your own channel gumana kayo nag authentic dish if u want.

    OFW po ako and I don't know anything about cooking my favourite Filipino foods lalo na pag nag crave ako and missing home. It was when I started watching your tutorials and I learned to cook a real dish, hindi yung prito2x lang. Though some of your ingredients or methods are different but I do understand we Filipinos have a diverse way of preparing our dishes, to each to his own tradition and region. Syempre adjust2x nalang tayo sa proportions ng ingredients to suit our tastebuds. A big 'thank you' to you Vanjo (Ngayon ko pa nalaman real name mo. Hahaha) for paving the way of my cooking skills.

    Susubukan ko to sigurado. Kasi sa aming magtotropa, may kanya kanya kaming role pag dating sa inuman. Nataon na ako ang tagaluto kaya saktong sakto itong video tutorial mo sir.
    Dun sa mga nagmamagaling na kesyo hindi daw ito authentic or original recipe. Kung wala kayong sasabihing maganda, sarilinin nyo nalang. Hindi pare pareho ang versions ng pagluluto kahit pareho ang pangalan ng dish. Tignan nyo nalang yung adobo.

    Nice One Sir.. I love dinakdakan dish specially if you cooked the real goat skin and meats. This dish is originated from Ilocano dishes and popular from Northern and Central Tagalog Region. The best itong pang pulutan at pang ulam. Im proud sa Panlasang Pinoy because he introduced our very own Filipino dishes. I will introduced also my own dishes from Nueva Ecija Cuisine. Mabuhay ka Sir keep it up!.

    Sarap sir vanjo madalas may nagpapaluto sa akin niyan dinakdakan. gustong gusto nila yung texture ng lasa parang ilokano raw nagluto, yung mga boss ko po kasi mga ilokano. kaya madalas yun ang niluluto kong pulutan matrabaho lang pero d best yung sarap. gamit ko maskara at utak naglalagay ako konting atay. same procedure din paggawa ko sa gawa nyo.

      Correction its not an ilocano dish..wag mang angkin ng di inyo please.. pinakbet at papaitan alam ko pang ilocano dish po un..not this one dinakdakan is kapampangan delicassy... 100% sure ako.. at magkaiba po itong dinakdakan sa kilawin....kilawin is more on hilaw na serving...not lime this..

    Love this dish. I am from Tuguegarao. Grilling the meat and flipping it every 2 minutes 3 times do not add up to 12 minutes

      It is a suggestion that should not be taken literally. Make it add to 12 minutes ... sometimes you have to think that you have to flip more.

      venusxxblue you can do it in fried ma’am, same procedure with chef but instead of grilling the pork belly you can fried it .

    Akala ko dati yung gamit na karne sa DINAKDAKAN ay yung asawang lalake na hindi nakapagintrega ng sahod sa misis kaya dinakdakan muna saka kinarne.
    Btw po, ano pong difference nya sa sisig?

      yung original na sisig ang gamit mo ay tenga, pisngi, dila, utak at buntot
      sa proseso niya halos magka pareho lang ang kaso liempo lang ang gamit nya

      ang pagkaalam ko pagkaiba e yung hinahalong mayonaise which is originally e utak ng baboy dapat yon instead na mayonaise...yan ang wala sa sisig.
      sa sisig nmn e may halong itlog nmn yung sisig na wala nmn sa dinakdakan.

    The best ever dinakdakan in ilokano is very simple recipe..
    Ihawin lang Ang nalinis na pork head,luya, sibuyas,siling labuyo,at sukang ilokano..
    Instead of using mayonnaise we normally used otak Ng baboy na nalaga sa kunting asin..
    Try niyo Po..super sarap .
