My grilled cabbage 🤤 wedge the cabbage, take each wedge wrap in bacon all around it, stick of butter cut up and placed around in the bacon, wedge an onion lay a couple around the cabbage, garlic cloves and cherry tomatoes salt and pepper all over then carefully wrap in foil, throw on the grill for 45 minutes or so until cabbage is soft

I love the flavor that charring gives. This would be good with some ground pistachios thrown on top!
You could add so many different things to this salad - carrots, pistachios, almonds, peppers!
