Brain is resting in a bag of water calledCerebrospinal fluid(CSF).This water bed acts like a shock absorber. When there is a defect in the bone between nose and brain, CSF can leak through the nose. Fluid flow will increase when bending forward below heart level due to increased fluid pressure within the brain. Diagnosed by CT ,MRI scans and nasal fluid analysis. Treated by ENT surgeon using cameras without entering into the brain.
