Our word for your understanding of juice is "sok" (pronounced sock as in singular of socks) and than you add fruit you want so apple sok or raspberry sok or peach sok or whatever. Every restaurant or kafana serves it.
If you want juice ask for “gusti sok”. Bottles are 0,2 litres but every restaurant has them. Usual flavours are apple, orange, apricot, peach and blueberry. The cream on ćevapi and pljeskavica is called “kajmak” - clotted cream in English.
